Attention all Apple Fanboys:
The price of iPhone4-32GB here in the UAE has gone down to only 2400AED (650 USD), down by almost 50%.
I asked the sales person of at least 3 big electronics store here in UAE why that sudden price reduction. Their answer is almost the same : "There are so many complains of iPhone4 call dropping and the high demand of Nokia N8."
Just heard a few months ago that iPhone is very much confident that there is no threat, not even slight threat from any other smartphone including N8. Now he ate his words. N8 rocks!!

Got this marvel for a week. Did not find anything that can amuse me for the money I paid for it. Will sell it by next week and will run for Samsung Galaxy S. Android is the way to go these days. Enough of Symbian Dosage. Galaxy S is far far superior in terms of Hardware, tons of free softwares and beautiful Screen to behold. Nokia should wake up or face death soon. Bye

Not very familier with smartphones. I just want to know is it of any disadvantage that u can't remove the battery from N8 easily, like other phones. Does it matters when the phone hangs.

And so the haters start again. What lagging, what major update are you talking about? Grrrr, you people just won't give up, do ya? The n8 is fine the way it is. Of course it will have an update like a normal equipment. Iphone now has 4.2 update. N8 can do a lot more than iphone and it did not even have it's update yet. Imagine if they tweak it some more? It'll be almost perfect.

When ? When will Nokia release the new Firmware with all the fixes (internet, lagging, freezing etc) Its been long and the more they wait the more BAD word spreads.

Nokia will bring-out a strong ,major update which will fix many issues (e.g: browser, lagging issue, and many ).

These lies are just propagated by haters. Of course there are bad apples in the basket but it should not be that many. And judging by the "defects" these people here are saying, and saying it again and again, it is so obvious that they are here to bash the phone. Well, good luck guys because N8's sales are phonemonal, especially in Europe.

I think the problem with the second and later batches because people who got at first from pre-booking not reported any problem & me too got the same and it was perfectly fine. no problems at all.........
