Hay guys don't buy this phone better u go for android phone. I used n8 now I m using motor xt720 this is awesome phone.

Nokia took 1 & a half year more to launch n8 as compared to se satio the 12mpx competitor.
So it's natural that n8 will perform better than satio.
I would have considered n8 a winner if nokia would have launched that phone along with satio.
But nokia didn't bcoz it takes nokia many years more to create same technology.

If you don't have skills or knowledge how to trouble shoot and fix the problems after installing some software, I suggest people even not try those beta applications by Nokia.

Guys I bought a n8 & I tested it's touchscreen responsiveness & ui fastness with galaxy s.
In n8 sometimes touchscreen don't register touches & ui responds late after the screen has been touched.
But in galaxy s touch anything from any way it will 100% register the touch & ui moves along with the touch, even faster than iphone 4 .
Camera is much better in n8 as it's 12mpx compared to 5mpx in galaxy s but video rec. is much better in galaxy s giving superior results to n8 .

Gitty, 07 Nov 2010Check setting ! Press the capture key properly ! Dont shake... moreyeah... keeping n8 steady helps in capturing good images but we have to keep it super steady otherwise even a little bit shake spoils the images.
I have galaxy s & c905 also but those phones don't suffer from this problem.

When I first clicked a few pics on it I saw just hazy images and I was kind of confused but soon therafter figured out that its the plastic covering the lens and the flash which is the culprit.
This is a feature rich phone and this is going to give fight to other phones

after 3 days on experimenting and all , i finally get a memory full eerror , looks like symbian is yet to recover from this error . Actually tryiing to open poker app in facebok but after almost 6 mb of data transfer , it shows the error . Hope nokia will provide a better browser which can eliminate this problem permanently .
