Capture key is hard to press,I use self timer for closeup pics. And dont 4get to remove the plastic on d lens :D ! Choose the setting according to d type of mode n conditions ! Nyt pics r also awesome ! It needs to press the Capture key properly !

Gitty, 07 Nov 2010Dont show it again,itz useless ! I did a hard reset but the... moreIf your n8 firmware was corrupted by the third party software that were not tested for Symbian 3 os, the hard reset doesn\t help.
You should have Nokia care center reflash fresh firmware and start everything from the the very beginning.

I bought n8 hoping that this time nokia has done something good but I was disappointed after the purchase.
Images captured with camera r blurred & become very blurred if hand is shaken even a little bit.
Colours are faded in captured images giving a washed out look.
Touchscreen sometimes don't register touches.
If video is recorded of a moving object or the phone is shaken than videos recorded r quite messy.
I downloaded NFS game from ovi store & the game takes ages to load & exit.
N8 has started giving hanging & restarting issues as I am downloading more 3rd party softwares & songs in it.
Loudspeaker sound is completely flat opposite to what gsmarena said.
Inbuilt browser needs a great extent of overhauling.
I am really disappointed after the purchase.

can i ask you something?can you tell me if your n8 is made in finland or china?
Why am l asking that? Because I think the problem of blurring background in n8 pictures may relates to where it's made.after watching a lot of n8 taken pictures i guss made in china n8s taken pictures have that problem you mentioned about lack of contrast and sharpness and blurred background. I know there must be no difference between chinese and finland made n8 photos, but its only a guss and every thing might be possible.please tell me where your n8 is made

I am using this mobile from 10 days . its really amazing mobile .but recently i have experienced few problems with accelerometer and 3 times mobile hanged up and i have to restart it forcibly. and later its working as normal and till now no problems was detected. But i want to know why mobile got hanged and problem with accelerometer?

If you are not a fan of Nokia,or European phones, think Motorola! In fact, why not just buy only Motorola in future, that way you can support an American company, maybe that would suit? All manufacturers have their good and bad aspects, ditto Countries. All have something good/bad to offer. You seem something bad yours has to offer, sadly!
