priyanka, 01 Nov 2010no i talking about n97mini not n97.and one thing more dear,... moreUSB On The Go or USBOTG is a tool to connect your thumb drive (aka flash drive/pen drive) or any Nokia phone or HDD (Through the HDD USB casing, if you have a normal HDD)(I somewhere read that you can connect upto 1.5 TB, if you put the power source different) or DVD RAM/ROM (different power source) or USB Mouse to your Nokia N8. It is a very useful thing if you want to connect your phone to other devices. You will get a micro USB to USB converter to do that. Connect the micro USB end to your N8 and the other side connect any of the above mentioned gadgets... and WOW... it is connected. If you connect a memory device (thumb drive/HDD/DVD RAM/Nokia Phones), the file manager will pop up and let you use the memory as if it was built in inside your device.

If you're interested in a qwerty keyboard which is probably the only reason that you'd choose the N97 over the N8, then i'd suggest you rather wait for the E7. BTW, typing on this phone is still a breeze so you shouldn't have problems either way and you also have swype to use which is even better and quicker than any hardware keyboard once you get used to it that is. I would still recommend the N8 any day over the N97. The symbian ^3 is going to be an ever evolving os and that would mean it would only get better from here on. N97 cannot.

and price margin is under 15oo rs .. so go n8 ...

Whats more, usb otg, amoled display,better battery life, more apps, plus the mini is 2 years old. They are not even in the same price range. The n8 costs more than the current price of the original n97

Finally Nokia come's with a gadget that everyone was expected for long time.Anyway i dont really understand why you guys at Nokia design put a camera with 12Mega pixeli , but only 680M processor ,its a bit patetic ...should have at least 1Ghz to make this phone the most of it
