[deleted post]I have used the following:
Nokia: E90 (still using it since 3 years), 5800, X2, N8 (1 day now)
iPhone: 3GS, iPhone 4 (currently have it)
Samsung: Omnia II, Galaxy S, Wave 8500
Blackberry: 8900, 9000, 9700

Which to be a high end or not is not really important to me, but you could tell me more what exactly is the purpose of your question and I'll be glad to answer you.
;-)

I've heard you can connect a bluetooth mouse and keyboard to the N8,and using the HDMI cable, that would make it almost like a laptop. Is there any truth in this?

[deleted post]I wasn't mocking you or making fun in my reply. I was saying that the way technical specifications are writen is not understandable by many people (myself included). My request may have sounded as making fun or mocking you, but I assure you that wasn't the intention.

I do appreciate if you would, and don't get me wrong, put the technical specifications into life examples.

To explain, and you can check it the comments on GSM Arean, a friend was kind enough to bear with me and explained to me what the ranking of GL Benchmark really means in terms of the actual device in hand. It had figures and numbers related to amount of resolved traingles and several detailed stuff. At the end, I got it that it has to do with the amount of resolved details in graphical environment (mainly games). He/She was also kind to guide me to a video that demostrated the test on different mobile devices.

That was my request from you, though I understand if you don't want to be bothered with clarification to anyone, but I care to clarify that I was not intending to make fun of you :-)

If I could re-write the request, I was asking if you may translate or rephrase the technical terms into examples that normal (not technical people) could get.

Regardless of what your answer would be, I apologies if I offended you in any way as this was not my intention from the question.

Regards & respect to all respectable individuals.

LAMBO, 11 Oct 2010Thanks alot . Sorry few more Questions about the N8 . 1- IS... moreI'll try to make it straight forward.

                            1. Arabic support is the same as on other Nokia (5800 example I will use since I have it already). You receive arabic text normally, I set mine to English by default, when I write a message, I choose "writing languange" and change to Arabic, type in Arabic and return back.

                            2. The speaker is single (I'll take your words for than because I have looked at the phone and couldn't actually find it) and yes when you play the same song on both N8 & 5800 you hear the same quality. BUT on the N8 you don't get the wouble from high volume that you get in the 5800. I don't know what is the reason for that, but I would say it is the built quality of the N8 over the 5800. The speakers themselves might be stronger in the 5800 but the output is very close.

I hope that clears it. :-)

One thing i'll tell you, is that no matter how good a nokia mobile may or be, people here trust nokia the most as a brand.

I can tell you as far as what I have personally experienced, the sets that are in the box are nice but not really your best option for music, but using it as reference, it gives you the same quality as teh 5800.

I'm using a BT headset for the voice calls only at the moment, but I'll get a music headset from Phillips that I heard about and shall post my comment on that in few days or if I got lucky and found it today :-)
