How is the vibration when someone calls ? Is it strong or weak ? Can you feel it in your pocket ? I have a Samsung Jet, and it's very weak. I want to have no sound, only vibration on. I'm considering buying the N8 because of that.

Yeah, I ordered mine in blue too. Very nice indeed. Did you use the s60 before? Can you load and play programs written for the N95 and N97? That is very very important for me.

[deleted post]The phone has been released in some countries. I got mine already on thursday.
For someone else asking:
I havn't had any hangs on it, it's very swift.
I personally won't use a screen protector. It's gorilla glass and should be basically immune against those little scratches. Also not having anything else in the same pocket as your phone helps alot.
I would rate it 4,5/5, mainly for the sake of not wanting to give anything full rating cos nothing's perfect :D
I don't mind the default theme/fonts, but I'd guess fonts could be changeable by themes if nothing else.

Other than that, I'm VERY VERY satisfied with the N8 and would not trade it for an iPhone 4 or any Android phone if I was offered to.

A good thing to note on techradars review is the user rating. Naturally they arn't necessarily any more objective either, but like the first user reviewer at least mentions USB OTG.
So take the official reviews with a grain of salt as well.
I can't reflect like any of the feelings they shed there. My biggest issue with the phone currently is that the original browser somehow seems to lack a feature to open a new window/tab. You can still do that with a trick, but it could/should be alot easier. Well, a new browser written in Qt is on it's way anyways.

Here's some more "proof" about the Android/iPhone mindset the reviewers had:
Good
* Funky good looks
* 12-megapixel camera can challenge a compact snapper
* Responsive capacitive touchscreen
Bad
* Software is confusing and frustrating in places
* Fewer apps available than with rival phones
* Poor social-networking integration
N8
For
Great camera
Superb battery life
Clear and crisp screen
Decent audio output
Stylish aluminium casing
HDMI-out port
Against
Average virtual keyboards
unintuitive UI
Unimpressive internet experience
Confusing connection management
Awful social network integration
Both seemed to clearly ignore like one of the most important things for me and many others. Let's take the USB OTG. "Ehm, what's this, the iphone doesnt have it, well I'll just not mention it". It's naturally OK if you you don't personally value it, but it certainly deserves a mention. That's how you write objectively. For example it could've been "While I personally don't have much use for the USB OnTheGo, I can see it being valued by many"
Utter bullshit is what those reviews are

Morning again. Shame that someone reported all my posts like 3 times for the sake of getting em deleted.
There was plenty of good information that broke none of the rules, but automation, gift and a curse.
Techradar and CNet reviews are both not so objective. The author has pretty much already set his/her mind to Android/iPhone and you can clearly see it. While I guess it's totally OK as an opinion, but I do not see that as unbiased review.
Let's take that quote from techradar again:
"We know that people will say that there's a desire for such organisation, but it should be more like the iPhone: choosing to make folders than having to wade through clicks and swipes just to find where the email client is. "
Really? Funny how putting the email client on the homescreen (after which it's accessible by a single tap) takes 1 press & hold and 2 taps. But NATURALLY all the icons are better when bunched in identical pages.
