I've never used Apple products and not going to do that in the future. I prefer high-quality and functional devices to glamorous and overpriced ones.

just forget about it in 1-2 years from now.
I was just surfing and i saw this on i4u.com :
The N8 has a 12 MP camera, 3.5" touchscreen, accelerometer, compass, proximity sensor, b/g/n WiFi and HDMI. Odds are, it will run on the MeeGo OS as opposed to Symbian

Why do you think the battery in N8 cannot be removed/replaced? "Package contents" section of the official phone specifications at Nokia site list the battery separately from the phone itself, and that lets me assume your statement is wrong.

after times the only advantage of the n-series compare to other model of nokia and even other brand is n-series has a fm-transmmiter function and thats all.....and i love that function so much.....

I personally tested it in Samsung flagship store and it give me "memory low" notification when i open the sixth apps. I cannot even close the apps via the multi-task menu when that happen.
Plus the poor sound recording and not top notch camera performance.
N8 excel better in any area mentioned.
N8 can beat the shit out of WAVE totally.

Apple is busy to test all high end smartphone's antenna
Motorola is busy to launch new android phones, now they said no froyo for milestone (no time for customers)
htc is busy (i'm not sure for what reason, but they're always look busy everytime)
Sony Ericsson is busy with their custom ui, doesn't care about latest version of os
Nokia is busy with C series and almost forgot they haven't released yet Nseries this year
Samsung is not busy because Apple has just one phone for samsung to copy the design

I understand why the N8 doesn't have the most powerful processor and so on, too reduce the price. But people, don't you think they should make another varient? I mean this is great how it is, but everyone is going to have one! What about those like me, who want something more expensive and rare? 32/64 gb versions, with more RAM and Full HD 1080p video recording will be awesome! Ofcourse, it will be much more expensive, but it will be well-worth it!

I cant wait any more for this cool Noki !!!
I mean we have one of the best cameras here and the the build quality is better then samsung galasy s or all the rest crap ... gorilla glas and anodized aluminium is very rare and Nokia N8 have this !
Only Meego devices can top this but till there is alot of time !
The N8 is so strong and solid that if u would thre it against the head of an apple iphone boy it would survive ! But the bad thing is that the apple boy is then R. I . P
Our Nokia N 8 will give all a KO KIK !

The last decent phone Nokia brought out was the N95. Forget the iphone, the N95 ushered in a whole new era. The N8 is fast becoming outdated even before it's release. My advice, until meego, for £300 pick up the the most powerful phone in the world. Samsung Wave. Best piece of tech I have ever brought.
