¤Flash Support¤ YouTube fans and gamers rejoice – Flash is supported on the Nokia N8. It’s a Flash 10.1 compatible Flash runtime (ActionScript 3) and player, called Flash Lite. A point to note: the device does not support all of Flash 10 features for graphics but all video-related features are supported.

    ¤WebTV¤
WebTV is another new weapon added to the
Nokia N8 ’s arsenal. The Web TV application
delivers TV programs, news and entertainment
from channels like Paramount, E! Entertainment,
CNN and National Geographic. Locally relevant
Web TV content will also available from the Ovi
    Store.

      ¤Aluminium¤
The Nokia N8 is crafted from a single piece of
anodised aluminium. The process of anodising
the aluminum increases its corrosion and wear
resistance. With the casings ’ ultra scratch-
resistant powers, you can scratch a set of keys
on the back of the device and with a quick wipe
the mark will magically disappear. The anodised
aluminium doesn ’t just banish scratches, it also
means it’s possible to bring the N8 to the market
      in a rainbow of colours.

Symbian ^3 OS seem to be simple with low memory in ROM and low system request. And N8 can update to Symbian ^4? Soft same Android 2.1 to 2.2 or hard like HD2 run Android? Who can confirm it?

To all those who are saying that N8 will be slow.

                                  ARM 11 680 mhz (is enough) + 3D Graphics HW accelerator + a powerful Broadcom GPU ( beated I9000 Galaxy S ARM a8 1GHZ) = a powerful and flawless N8 overall mobile experience!

The battery can be removed by screw drivers.

***** Pls chech this Video,N8 is connected with 1.5TB(Terabyte) external Hard Disk..

The battery can be removed and replaced (there is an instructional video on the net), but it is not as easy as pop cover and swap on the go as it used to be in Nokia phones. With proliferation of various portable recharge devices this is a less of issue for heavy users, than this could be in the past. Meanwhile, the benefit is slimmer and more robust and sturdy device.

Mj, lets pray Nokia N8 will be release in Philippines week or weeks after its official release. I found the features of the phone amazing and great. I purchased Nokia N900 last month. N900 runs smoothly. I love the net browsing the most. Firefox 1.1 is really helpful to me. N900's multitasking is the best. You can't find anything like that in the market. And here comes the powerful N8. I love the 12 MP camera and the HD video recording. I have seen Samsung Wave's video recording. It's okay. I believe N8 can do better than that. There's nothing wrong about the ARM 11 680 MHZ processor. Remember, it is not alone. It is equipped together with 3D graphics HW accelerator and a powerful Broadcom GPU which shows more triangles beating the Samsung Waves and I9000 Galaxy's ARM A8 1 GHZ processor. So I must say N8 is great and powerful indeed. I decided to retain my N900 when N8 comes here in the Philippines. I was really surprisely shocked by the price. A little cheaper than the starting price of N97 32 GB. :) Nokia, I'll wait for your N8 here! Thanks for making a powerful phone!
