raj, 09 Jul 2010what is the need of 12mp camera in a phone? No one uses a p... moreEvery one has different purpose.. I have both Facebook and Twitter account but barely uses them.. BTW N8 has integrated social networking sites and you can directly take pictures from these applications and show off to friends.

what is the need of 12mp camera in a phone? No one uses a phone for serious photography. Most of the mobile photos actualy goes to the social networking sites where no one cares whethr its 2mp or 12mp.

I seriously think that Nokia have dropped the ball. Hooray for Carl Zeiss... Yay... thats it. they had the market by the balls back in the days and now resort to buying Samsungs old has been technology...
As a devoted Nokia fan i am saddened by this resolution and will be moving to a new samsung galaxy or the new iphone. hardcore as i am...

This definition is context sensitive for example, there can be "printed pixel", in a page or pixel carried by an electronic signals, or represented by digital values, or pixel on a display device, or pixel in digital Camera (photo-sensor element). The more the pixel used to represent an image the closer the result can resemble the original. Talking about pixel on a display device, the human eye is incapable of seeing any difference beyond 300 and 600 pixel. That's more pixel beyond this just consume more battery. A 12MP camera means 4000 * 3000 = 12,000,000 pixel. Or 12MP. PPI (Pixel per inch). Images from such a camera are big in size & can be zoomed in to get finer details and that's the advantage "not necessarily clearer images"

Emorfy, 08 Jul 2010I posted one question few days ago that has't been answered... moreIve replied to your previous post telling you that currently there is NONE of mobile devices on the market can auto pause the music player if the headset is accidentally unplugged and this is not a real issue.
This is a suggestion.
You can suggest this to Nokia and they might consider it and maybe will make it available.

the iphone,3g,3gs,4.. wont last a day in my hands, for various reasons, and most of which are so basic it shows me how sad an excuse of a phone, the iphone is...
so seroiusly, your loss bud... unless ur an under-average mobile user ofc..

AMANITA, 08 Jul 2010Nokia wont use android !why would Nokia use Android? Even Maemo 5 runs smoother than Android. Nokia is moving on to MeeGo for their high-end devices, there's no room for Android OS. In a few years, MeeGo will be more useful.
