I like the design, like Aino. Handy 3.5 inches phone. 7 bars only for the price. Hahahahaha. I love Nokia again. Hopefully it has SMART DIALING. I used to have AMOLED display phone.

only 500$ great!!!. it has almost every feature and its body is made from anodized aluminium. it means that it is scratchless and have the metal feel .

Come on guys. Lets be honest. This phone is really something. Though I also have a few complaints, namely:
1. Why is the RAM capped at 256MB only? Why even the Nexus One comes packed with 512MB worth of RAM.
2. Why on earth is a 680Mhz processor running this beast? My, the demo video shows that the phone is seriously laggy.
3. Why is the screen size only 3.5inches? Shouldn't it be at least 3.7-4.0 inches?
Aside the above mentioned, all the other features and hardware of the N8 is highly welcomed. =D *Finally, a N-series which comes with good audio quality.

And NOT this supposed to be the N97's successor??

damn, what's wrong with your design-unit, Nokia? this wonderful piece of technic, should never EVER have been embeded into such a fugly body... and what's the deal with the colors? green? orange? yuk? puke? I was so hoping that phone would turn out right, but no, you get it wrong again... letting me down, Nokia, been your fan for over 8 years by now... changing to Samsung, though... WAY better design with just as good technics...

Sorry guys, I love to hava this phone. I don't mind what kind of OS. As long as Stereo Loud Speakers, 3.5MM jack, 3.5 inches screen, AMOLED, 12MP Zenon Flash Camera, Handy(dominated by 3.5 inches screen @ the front).

Currenty the price is some down, the price of N8 will also go down is some weeks after launching.

teenboy, chill out., 27 Apr 2010chill, boy. I happy with 32 GB external than internal.I understand you, but Nokia is popular by making phones with BIG storage. Example-Nokia N97, X6, N900. And now, after they have 3 phones with 32GB, announced a 16GB phone. Lol, I can't understand this. The N96 has 16Gb, and that was announced in 2008 10th of February!
By the way I am waiting 4 the S class ultra-high-end phones from Nokia. :)

IPhone is still using old harware stuffs...Where is AMOLED screen...IPhone TFT LCD technology can not beat the AMOLED technology of Samsung (See the Super AMOLED)

Pretty solid phone with a sub $500 price tag. All it needs is a qwerty keyboard and I would buy it.

Wow, only 2x digital zoom in image mode, and 3x digital zoom in video mode, wow, awesome!! :))
If you don't believe me, visit their site and see it! The N86 at least has more zoom than this, the Vivaz from SE has 16x zoom, the Satio has 16x zoom too, the X10 has 16x zoom too, and this has... :(
