riki, 11 Oct 2011E7 and N8 best phones.but e7 phone camara 8mp,N8 phone cama... moreas u got both phone please let me know which one is better considering its sound(using headset) and picture quality as well as performance.. does n8 hangs much often.

Currently i am using Nokia N8 with symbian anna. Today i saw an update showing "N8 device software , update using your PC" but the size is "zero". should i update this?

You shouldn't believe what this guy is telling you. He probably has about as much knowledge about Belle as the rest of us. I also doubt he will have any inside information regarding the release date for Belle.
In fact, Nokia have stated that their first priority is to get Anna out for the USA, Canada and Australia before they release Belle for anyone. Have a read of the following forum topic for full details, especially the posts by Skyee (Nokia employee)

I was able to remove those Web TV apps from my phone after a 7370 reset, bu not the Here and Now app nor Ovi maps. Those two are embedded in the Firmware and cannot be removed I'm afraid.

Let me make it clear. Nokia have not and will not give out dates for the release of firmware upgrades. They never have done in the past and will not in the future.
Also, it makes no difference what version of firmware you are on now to be able to upgrade to Belle. For instance, people who might still be on PR 1.1 will be able to upgrade to Belle directly. They won't need to upgrade to Anna first.
