Just a question for everyone here using the leaked Symbian Belle..are all your software you installed on the phone working/can be reinstalled after flashing the device to Belle? Any conflicts with certificates or installation? Would like to know your experience. I'm on Anna, and all previously installed software I have on the phone work flawlessly (even S60 5th software!)

N8 rockkkkks.... Using since 8 months but still it surprise me everyday... Symbian anna is working good... Waiting for belle update...

i love N8 very much.. having fun with its video recorder and camera .. it's the best! it's even better than other digital cameras out there.. :)

It has Xenon Flash means will it give the worst results on video recording at night? because as long as i know xenon cant keep opened as video light like dual-led do, thats why i am not able to decide between c7 or n8, i can atleast take a video in low light conditions using c7's led, plz need your guidance, i wanted 12mp but nokia didn't gave video light..if xenon used as video light this time with n8, i'll sticked to n8..need your guidance first.

I... more200% u r correct martin same here i purchased earlier one spb shell and what i thought in 3d every icon is animated and 3d and zoom out kind of feature if click on it thats the reason i purchased but the earlier only more friendly and more featured i wrote to spb team about that missing contact and many feature were missing in it it look awsome coz only of 3d in few things..

sun, 22 Sep 2011Friends yesterday i have purchased Spb mobile shell 3d for ... moreI have both the SPB Mobil Shells the standard and the 3D. I think the standard one is better as it's more developed. It supports more widgets and has more widgets. Both do consume your battery though.

Friends yesterday i have purchased Spb mobile shell 3d for my N8 $14.99 its just awesome UI when i compare it its better then Belle it has many 3d things in it just try it u will love n8 more then b4...its very simple to buy go to spb.com

Did you avail the 3 year Accident insurance upon buying your handset? With this kind of warranty, Example, if the phone is subjected to any kind of accident, ( Except water leakage) Nokia can replace the handset if the phone is no way possible to repair. :))

I don't know what I'm gonna do to update my N8 in USA! I don't want to flash it because I still have 6 months of warranty left and don't wonna void it! Anybody knows anything about this? Or is Nokia ever gonna roll out the update in USA? Many people own N8 here and we need our phone to be up to date!
Please help if you know anything about this..

I would trash my iphone for one of these in a heartbeat. But ever since january's wp7 announcement I just cant do it... Nokias last for ages and I don't want to have the old OS once it has been left behind... If they did not announce, this would have been in my pocket long ago! Please just toss on the os on the n8 I love the hardware, design, features, all of it even symbian (just not the fact its going away soon-ish after I buy)
