celladik, 12 May 2011why is that, when i used the built in email applicati0n on ... moreopen your email>option>setting>choose any email>synchronization>change from all day to user define. That should be fix.

It's a fix in the sense that it got the headphones working properly. As it stands, the headphones have to be pushed in fairly hard for them to work correctly and given the fact I used the same amount of force to insert the 5800xm headphones led me and others to believe that the N8's headphones were faulty. Until that is, it was found to be necessary to use more force than is normally required when inserting headphones.It's a fix in the sense that it got the headphones working properly. Does anyone actually know when this 'Anna/PR2.0 update is coming. It is not good enough from Nokia. The N8 has been without a portrait qwerty for almost a year now and yet we still wait!
I must admit, I cannot wait now to see the new apple i-phone 5 when it comes out, if the camera is much improved then I think I will eventually take the plunge.
I am not impressed with Nokia's marketing or customer service. The rumour control, was the update was for xmas,new year and now summer. They are in a right mess by the looks of things!

I was a little bit disapointed because this problem. And I have another one: when I call somebody and I'm on waiting, my phone does not bip and does not show me the other person is talking with someone else... I had a 5310 and that phone showed me when I was on waiting.

If you could provide a bit more information on what you mean
by the flash not working, would be helpful.
In the meantime, the flash will only work when it's set to either Auto, Red Eye Reduction and On. It cannot be used as a video light.
