Your vivaz got no multi-touch,no secondary camerea, so sucky body,audio jet is beside,so sucky phone,now get out of here, u are not only too noob,but also lack of knowledge,dat's why u like sony right? cos u never read anything. Read noob,there are many replies for u b4 dis page,juz a click away.

Just lock the phone and c the analogue clock if it is half red then it is defective screen ! It should be totally black ! Be careful !

i havent bought either vivaz or n8.
the thing is i need the best camera without misssing features,
n8 got 12mp camera with autofocus, Xenon flash,ND filter, geo-tagging, face detection
whereas vivaz has 8mp camera with Led flash,video light,continous autofocus,touch focus, geo-tagging, face and smile detection
n8 got more resolution whereas vivaz got more feaures.
So which is better.pls reply.thanks in advance.

No others find it LOL!! Cheers....

pick the most feature you need at that mobile phone.

I took it to nokia care, even they were not able to do anything.. It was then replaced by a new n8. You should take your mobile to nokia care..

Sony is good,but ericsson is juz sucky. Vivaz also sucky with d headphone at d side @_@ what d hell is wrong with d designer?

Dear brother,
Who ever is willing to compare N8 with Vivaz, I think it's more or less stupid.
The biggest reason is the camera. N8's camera is way better than any other camera phone in the market and it's not particularly because of no of mega pixels.. For god's sake grow up people.. N8's camera is great not due to it's mega pixel count.. Just google it if you don't have the camera.. Else just go outside and shoot. You'll see the difference.. It has the biggest sensor in a mobile phone camera ever. So the photos are sharper, smoother and detailed like never before.
I don't know why the hell some one is comparing ordinary Vivaz camera with N8's camera..
Let's say I have got only 3 MP for my N8.. Then also I will select N8's camera Only due to its fantastic sensor size. Mega pixel count is nothing but bigger size when it comes to the photography. The sensor size and exposure control abilities of the camera matters the most for 'quality' of photography and ask some professional and he'll say about N8.
I'm not going to say any other things which are good in N8. I only said if anyone is going to compare damn iphones, vivaz, satio or any sh.t with N8, he's so lame and don't know anything about photography.
Cheers N8 owners...
PS: I feel sorry for those who're using N8 but haven't used their great camera potential.. For me, i can live without N8 but not without its camera.

just check that n8 doesn't got smile detection,video light,continous autofocus,touch focus......besides the gsmarena review itself says camera interface is outdated.
pixel wise and optical focus n8 got the lead,but i think vivaz's camera got more features.....
by the way i haven't bought both i'm still deciding.what i'm looking for is a nice camera phone at the possible lowest rate.

its a good phone.i read some reviews about purple screen before i bought mine and found out theyr were all true.... if it freezes up on u just do a factory reset and u wont have that problem anymore...at least i dont.

No trouble at all. I've just checked the release schedule for you and your update is " in creation ", which means Nokia have released it but they are waiting for approval from either the network operator or the Nokia testing team for Switzerland, in case it's a SIM free or unlocked handset you have.
Are you referring to PR 2.0 as the next update? If so, we still have a couple of months to wait, as Nokia has decided to re-name it as Symbian Anna ( no more PR numbers from now on ), and they have added a new icon set and theme to the GUI plus a few other enhancements. This new naming system for the update also hints strongly that we will be getting what was called PR 3.0, but will probably be called Bertie or some other male name beginning a B ( as in the naming system of Hurricanes ).
Sadly though, there is no mention of Flash 10 support in Anna, so I don't know if the N8 will ever get full Flash at all.
