hey youtube downloader is available in the ovi store
http:// store. ovi. com/ content/ 109923
This lets you download YouTube videos up to 720p if that’s available so you can play it back any time at your convenience.
Download YouTube videos to your mobile phone with this handy little application. Support resolutions from 240p up to 720p HD quality (if available) The videos are stored in your video folder and you can at any time enjoy the high quality videos off line or project them onto a TV, thanks to the Nokia HDMI and TV-out.
With YouTube Downloader, from the Picobrothers, you can download videos from YouTube in 240p and up to 720p (if available) resolution. But, here’s the catch. In addition to the downloading videos you can watch the video stream while downloading, in 720p resolution (if available)! More appropriate name for this app would be a “YouTube player, which saves the video-file to your phone” . So, finally we are able to stream 720p videos from YouTube! HDMI and 720p resolution from YouTube, top notch!
The app uses Symbian Native video player to stream the videos. YouTube downloader works only in portrait. Few screeshots, unfortunately I was not able to provide screenshot of 720p video playback.

OK i will give you what i dont like about the phone ..
Speaker is at the back,so when you have it in a leather phone case or in your pocket you wont hear it ring..
When the screen freeze's you cant take the battery out to reset it and you are stuck with a frozen screen.you have to wait a long time for it to reset itself or switch off ..
You can't fully zoom into photos and pictures in your gallery ..
I dont think the web browser is that fast ..
The Vibration in silent mode is a big joke .. i have missed all calls in silent mode when at work or in a meetin...I would feel my old phone vibrate all the time and never missed a call from it..
This phone will be sold !

sun, 29 Mar 2011Hi guys by seeing all compains try to use the way n8 is bco... moreThat's the problem. They are replacing the defective units with defective units and that brings you back to square one. Nokia should do better than that. I think the problem is embedded in the hardware and that's why Nokia insist on taking the purple defect affected phones to Nokia Care and they are not making a promise to make a software fix for it.

Hello Guys,
I was really over joyed while buying my Nokia N8 ... but sorry to day that my Joy didnt last long ...
I was observing small performance issues like 'Back' button not working, Music player widget getting hanged etc but after 2 weeks my N8 just died ... automatically it switched off and then never turned on even with 2 days of continues charging ... I have returned to back to the Nokia store ...

thanse, 28 Mar 2011the phone is made of aluminium it means it moves heat
away... moreFor the record, the dying N8/restarting/won't boot problem is caused by overheating and has to have the motherboard replaced. Yes, the N8 can overheat and damage the motherboard.

Aaron, 28 Mar 2011N8 overheats faster and gets hotter than other phones becau... morethe phone is made of aluminium it means it moves heat
away from the processor faster then other materials.
so there is no possible way it can overheat(not even in your wildest dreams or what ever you are having).i am realy pleased with my N-8 i have had it for close to 6 moths now with absolutly no problems at all.

[deleted post]Fanboys like you will always deny any fault, defect or short comming of this phone. You're like one of the fanboys who said the defect was all in our minds when this defect broke out on the internet. Well you know what? Nokia acknowledged the defect and the defect is real. Not because you're not affected by it means that the N8 is defect free.
The proof is out there in case you don't know. Google "N8 purple screen defect" and you will get a lot of tesults.
http://www.google.com/search?q=n8+purple+screen+defect&nomo=1
Now tell me it's not real.
