@Igor: there r lots of people say BL-6C not work with n80 they just say nothing else, they does not even own N80, just to mislead people, belive on those who are the users of this phone a friend of mine using BL-6C in N70 without hassle dont worry about BL-6C it is just higher capcity battery it fits tight in my N80, and now its up to u use BL-6C or not i am using it
with no problem at all.

According to the allaboutsymbian forum, the BL-6C DOESN'T fit o n80...

its comes with acrobat reader and an exellent yahoo serch, i think that is the internetb edition n80, follow the instructions and you ll be ok, i little tip, do your buckup to your pc with the nokia pc suit, bye good luck!!!

if the BL6-C is a thicker battery, how the hell does it fit in the N80 ?
let me know, then i will order one
why do Nokia not sell the BL6-C directly for the N80?
there must be a reason surely?

@Xmas-BL-6C is Thicker than BL-5B, BL-5B is 5.3mm and BL-6C is 6.25 mm, BL-6C is the same battery used in N-GAGE ,E70 etc. no problem for N80 i get about 26% more talktime i played mp3 in offline mode to check peroformance of both BL-5B and BL-6c ,BL-6C just performed as i thought 1.5 hr extra playback than BL-5B.

I recommand this phone to enny symbian fan
i never heard music as loud and clear from a symbian phone till i hit 3rd edition + it playes mp4 and wma .NEW NOKIA PHONES COME WITH YHE BEST STEREO HEDSETS EVER
videos are not as good as a n73 or n93 ,WAY better then 2 mp !!the picture quality are impressive to .
There are 2 things missing :battery life and pdf support
and one thing i dounpt like
is that the red button closes the application or game you are viewing (using)
it minimises only when you press on the symbian menu button. unlike the 6680 or 82 it just minimises it .
on a call sliding it down will disconnect the conversation
you have to close it before the person awnsors
besides that
the ADVANTAGE is the web browser prossesor and the multy-task capacity is more powerfull ,it's 3rd edition

Thanks Mobile Ace. So I guess both BL-5B and BL-6C are of the same size then?
Also, anyone has any updates on the firmware? Previous rumour mentioned that Nokia is going to release a software update online for us so we just have to go to the website and do it ourselves. But I do'nt see it happening yet.

Battery life sucks. Surely the BL-6C is too long to fit in the space meant for a BL-5B?

i've use this phone for about a month now. GREAT phone. i've also got it syncronized with my outlook of about 900 contacts or so. now, my BIG problem, i cant recall ALL of my contact. some i remember them by name, some company name. so how do i search by company name IF i've forgotten them by their name? in pocket pc, u can list them by company, name etc etc. does nokia has this function? ... or maybe by a 3rd party developer?

this phone is excellent, i just got it yesterday and its kinda big and but the feat. are excellent camera quality is also good, i had a k750i and thats nothing compared to the n80

Great phone this, might buy one but tempted to wait for the N95 - this phone looks poor in comparison to that thing!!
