2GB, if you try inserting more than 2GB mini SD it will work but your phone will keep on hanging-up or restarting.
so better to buy 2GB mini SD than buying 4GB but won't work.

Does anyone know what the maximum size memory card the N80 can take? Is it 1 or 2GB?

u need the first file and then the v08 file, the first file (its big 43mb i think) thats the flash file and the v08 file is the language pack!

guys which one of the firmwares do i choose from the rm-92/3.0617.0.6 folder? (from nokia.dogtoe.com website) There are 10 versions there, which one do i choose? is it V08 or V09? it says that V08 is western english, but i dont know about V09? is V09 the latest version that i should install on the phone? pls help thanks.

RYAN ur web prob is down to low RAM problems, i had this prob untill i updated my firmware my self to the latest version! goto http://nokia.dogtoe.com for n80 flashfiles and a how to guide! my n80 has NO low mem probs and my WEB browser now works perfect, if u or anybody needs help or assistance then dnt hesitate to email me at biggzyn80@bluebottle.com

DRAG AND DROP, ok wen u open the miniSD on pc u can drag and drop ANY file to the root of the mem card, i think u r putting ur vids here, instead of putting them there click on videos folder and drag and drop into there!

I wonder if this problem happen to you guy. My phone automatically close the web when I go to the web that have alot of stuff on it. So I wonder if this happen to you guy? My phone automatic close the web and go to the main screen menu... So help me if it only happen to mine... Thanks

I wanted to know if you can use MSN Messanger on this phone. Can I possibly use the WAN/WiFi to access internet/MSN Msng/Skype and chat(voice) with my mates around the world? Cos that wud be very handy, in'it?
Who knows the answer, please let me know if this could be done!

for keypad lock search for software called mlock!
you can assign a key as the autolock button
it defo works with n80

Yes you can lock the keypad with a pass code in the same way you would do it with any other Nokia

Got this phone a couple of weeks ago but wanted to wait til I had a bit of experience with it until I cast judgement.
At 1st glace the phone is decent to look at, which is rare for a smartphone. The slider action is smooth and easy and you don't feel like you're gonna drop it when you use it.
The 3MP camera is absolutely awesome in the daytime and the high-def screen compliments this well. In the evening and nightime the camera is a typical camera phone though - the flash is poor (when are we gonna get a decent flash on a phone???) and so you get the usual vague outlines and intermittent lines.
The MP3 player is good and sound quality is okay, although I've not had any phones in the past I would even attempt to use MP3 player capabilities with to compare it to. I, personally have been using the phone as a portable stereo for in the shower - which is handy!
As for battery life I gave mine 24 hours charging before even switching it on so I've had absolutely no issues with battery life (using around 30 mins calls and 30 mins gaming and 1 hour playing music every day, the battery is lasting around 2.5 days), which is a hell of a lot better than my old V3 that eventually conked out after a 5 minute phonecall.
I'm satisfied with the phone, although there are a few annoying traits, the music side of things make up for it IMO.
For the life of me I can't figure out how to get rid of the purple flashing light at the front - any solutions?

IT`s a great phone actualy...only one think is disturbing me and this is the battery :(

full screen background? this is sh1`te if u cnat do it, is it possible to have a picture fullscreen instead of just the middle screen ? e.g from the cloock upwords it is just blue, and my image is only in a widescreen formwat.

Thx 4 your answer! I've used drag & drop to transfer video files as u told me. But it's in the Phone folder on the PC, not in Images & Video of the phone.
