Wow .. so fast released in sg .... Malaysia still havent out yet T_T i wan ITTTTTTTTTTT .... even cost me more exp @@ ... i waiting this phone for so long already .. sob ... if malaysia with end of may still dont wan to release this phone i gonna call my uncle in sg buy for me @@ ... isit 1038$ sg ??

as i say, those outside retail shop also have stock, so can try your luck. sim lim most likely will be selling export set only and it cost higher. it should be officially launch in singapore on 6 may if no unforeseen delay.

Okay, I now have the N-80 in my hands and this is my first impression after playing with it for one day. The size takes a little getting use to only because I'm use to my RAZR. Its a little narrower than the RAZR and almost exactly the same length but it's almost twice as thick. This however hasn't bothered me in the least and it acually feels smaller to me than the RAZR when holding it for a call.
The screen is a bit smaller than the RAZR but makes up for it in picture quality which is excellent. I have seen a lot of pros and con reviews on this phone but my first impression is a definate 9 overall. The volume is also very very loud and when I played some music with the speakers I was very satified with the quality. Using the PC software to add music files was very easy.
I also took a few pictures and can tell you it is far better than the RAZR. I hated my RAZR camera and if caught without my Sony 5 megapixel camera I would have no problems using this N80 to take them instead.
The phones built in mans voice commands sound quality is not on par with my wifes Cingular 8125 but that isn't really all that important and or used that much and I'm sure there will be downloads like there are for the 8125 to enhance this feature. The dial by name works very well but I don't think you can dial by voice speaking the numbers like the 8125 will do.
I was able to sync with my Outlook 2003 with ease. Needless to say, because you can't buy insurance on this phone you need to handle it with care. I feel feel comfortable at this point recommending this phone but it is expensive as hell and Nokia USA will not honor the warranty opn it in the US. I hope my information here helps some of you a little on deciding to buy the phone.

HOW good is this?
e2save - £31 per month phone = £70 and its a 12 month contract.
has anybody dealt with e2save before? just want to know if this is a trusted website

All nokia store beside their care center.
Basically, it for ppl who pre-order from them previously. And they may have some more sets for selling. All black are gone. Some retail stores also have received their stock.

Just spoke to Vodafone this morning, they have put the launch date back to the 26th May. They said the issue was due to problems with Vodafone Live and GPRS.
Getting beyond a joke now as other networks have started to launch the device, may be time to look at another phone or different network provider...
Just my 2 pence worth.....

the photo of the n83 in that website(newmobile.nl) is so fake! just take a look at the picture where n73 and n83 was compared... look at the edges of the lcd of n83... is in it it looks like it was cropped?(it seems it was only had been cut and pasted) the lcd of n83 there had sharp edges and with elaborated detail, for as nokia n73 it had blurred edges---which does only mean n73 picture there is more convincing and the n83 is fake. AND... the keypad of the n83 there is too unergonomic(why will nokia prioritize the menu button for it has bigger size?) and proves that really it is fake!

Rang round most phone companies today (o2 online, vodafone, etc) earliest o2online said was the 26th of this month, vodafone was "middle to the end of this month" Would buy of CPW but their tariffs are crap! compare the tariffs on o2 on CPW website to o2 online!

i rung o2 online lst Friday and they said available on 15th May, i rung yesterday and they told me earliest 22nd May and i rung again today to check and they told me 22nd May again.
Looks like we will be waiting for longer AGAIN!
