I am using N80.
anyone know yto setup wi-fi with home network? i just bought a new N80 ... ! can some 1 help pls? i take so long time to configure it.. ! but still cant to get connect to internet with home wi-fi !!
how can use internet explorer wi fi?

I bought a 2nd hand n80 in very good condition for 45quid and i'm quite happy with it.Poeple expect too much,sure the camera isn't that good and wi-fi only connects when your really close to the router but at least it has wi-fi.The screen is very good and the design in my opinion is trendy.The biggest grumble I have is the operational speed,im afraid it is a slow phone but overall i think it's worth getting.7/10.

For those talking about sms-delay! Nokia has released a fix for that for ...ages! Where do you guys live? Go to the support page of N80 and finally ....install it! You may also upgrade to the latest firmware (v5)!

nokia n80 is a wonderful phone !
u & ur father maybe did the same stupid thing. i can guarantee ur bougth the n80 were 2nd hand, non orignal set or even cheaper one.
i suggested u throught them out and find a trustable shop. take care & open ur eyes!

hi , i am wondering that if someone encountered the problem of internet with N80. i have the phone but it seems to have problems connecting with internet, everytime i try to connect it say no result, any way to fix this problem, thanks

Their is a fix for sms but having said that no matter what firmware or quickfix you install the cell is frustratingly SLOW.When you purchase a cell you should have to fix a multitude of bugs but i'm afraid nokia symbians are like that!

The worst phone I have EVER experienced. This phone constantly freezes and switches the memory card off. Not just that but my biggest issue is that it takes 2mins 51 secs to send EVERY text message and in that process it freezes until message sent. Very Very frustrating. My father had the same problem, stay away.

i actually did that but when i try to send one of my saved mssgs on the memo card or even open it, it says (file format is not supported)!!!! but i mean its no big deal.. i still luv the phone... wat im tryin to do now is to find a way to make it a lil faster cuz it just freezez some times ( wat do u think?) !!! and thanx a lot any ways..

The N80 is the best phone I've ever had, all the features you need but you just need a bit more battery.

Well I just bought N91 then i changed to N80 i jus felt problem in listening music cuz N91 is da master of music but N80 is all rounder nice kool fone i ever had in ma life with its rich features I enjoy every bit ov this fone wheather it is calling or messaging its nice in sound even very handy and supportable and camera quality is kool but u will get sum sort of firmware update to latest 5 version of the fimware ... battery life increases with the firmware i noticed alot abt it

It's a great phone. I bought one in Doha. I'm using IM+ skype in it for cheaper calls. You can't expect much from it since it is not a laptop.

Hmm.. For your case I think it should not be a problem for you to transfer all your message from 6270 to N80 cause both are using MiniSD if not mistaken.. As long as the messages are kept in the memory card, I think it should not be a problem for you to transfer them..
You can use the PC Suite connected to the 6270 and save the messages manually and transfer using the same way for N80.. Might work.. Just an opinion from me..

The black colour is nothing related with Music Edition but one thing for sure the volume is pretty loud..

VOIP -
Anyone wanting to make cheap voip calls I recommend Truphone. Better than Gizmo (see Nokia Beta Labs) and for voice quality cannot be beaten. Fring is good too, however if you want purely Skype on your phone try iSkoot.
