Thous who claim that SW K850 is better:
Maybe N82 an K850 are placed in same segment, but they are completely different phones, one thing that is similar to both is cam, both are good, but as people has different taste, they choose different pics, colors, and so one.
N82 is in front of K850 and all SE, just because it has Symbian - it is smartphone.
One likes daughter, other likes dress :) :P

Has anyone ever have an issue with your phone where every time you select data mode when connecting the usb cable, it says the memory card is in use by another application. What can be the cause of this?

Have had this phone 2-3 months and am v.satisfied, although am frustrated with music player picking up all MP3 - even though I keep MP3 ringtones in a separate folder. Is there any way of preventing this, apart from creating playlists (which you have to update every time you change the music on the phone?!?)

if the speaker is not working even after a format, there probably is a loose connection. Take it to the nokia care centre.

I got a new N82 I swapped my 2630 slim phone for it...I can only say one thing..Im a picture snapshot lover and I DONT MISS A THING!! with this phone all of my pics are brilliant!! I LOVE IT LOVE I LOVE IT@!!!!
wifi is great, batery life is average but keeps up with my needs!1
MUSIC with the headset...its MAGNIFICIENT!@
for my smaller hands the key pads are OKAY..
LOL!!
the speaker..NOT THAT LOUD AS N95 but it keeps up with my tune..
I JUST WISH IT WILL SURVIVE IN 5 YEARS..
COS WITH ALL THE PHONE collection that i've had...
Nokia N82....
Its a steal for your money!!
Id rather stick with this phone than with my boyfriend...

I know quality and have used this phone on holiday in France. Pictures at night taken of Paris came out amazingly noise free. Sony Ericsson have some catching up to do in the video department and everything else. I am very clued up when it comes to phones and Nokia know mobiles like no one else. Thats why they got big market share. SE lately lack innovation or anything new they gone off the boil.

Hey guys, what'up???
I'm about to change phones again, geez. lol
Next monday I'm gonna buy the Nokia N82 Black Version (It's really beautiful now)
But like always, I do my research before buying a phone. And I've seen on YouTube and other forums that N82's screen is dull (not bright enough). On YouTube there's a video comparing both brightness, both at maximum brightness and the differnce is greatly noticeable. The N95 8GB's screem is MUCH MORE BRIGHTER than N82 :(
So, any of you guys that have been able to hold both phones in your hand please tell me your experience.
Also, I've heard the N95 8GB loudspeaker is louder and clearer than N82's.
I'm waiting for your kind response.....
