I purchased a K850 for my main line and N82 for my secondary line. Been using both for approximately 2 weeks now. Been doing the a few things on each device, snapping pics, mp3'ing, video'ing, wlan'ing and gps'ing.... there are plus points for each device but at the end of the day, i think N82 wins it OVERALL on my own scoring system. If you have budget, go for N82, and you lack the budget, just get the K850 and stop being sour grapes.
And about those bragging about IPhone? LOL.. i think 3 year old mobiles have better features than the IPhone. These people don't go out much or read much i think.. lolz..

this phone is feature with great functionality, but unfortunately the manufacturer seem not understand the value of design and passion especially to the young man.

guess i just have to wait a bit for its price to go down cause here in manila it cost around Php 26,000 or 630 USD. fortunately, here in the philippines prices of mobile phones decreases rapidly

Hi Baz,
I spoke to Carphonewarehouse when I was there in December and they said that they will have it exclusivly to the run up to Christmas.
Apparently, it should have been available at O2 since 12th Dec. This is the information that was flying around here about a month ago. Considering that I dont live in the UK I cant tell you much more. I recommend that you speak to an O2 Rep on the phone and not in the stores cuz no one really knows about this phone. Note its pretty much available in Sweden and most Scandinavian countries. Also note that N82 is only going to be exclusive to O2 after speaking to a rep when I was there. but its just "word of mouth"

I have a general query... Do WLAN enabled cellphones have MAC addresses like Wi-Fi enabled Laptops have?

I wish the phone is a bit smaller.
I guess Nokia doesn't know what to do with the size.
Great phone anyway, great Xenon.
But I really don't like the Brick design. I also hate the softkey and D-pad.

im sorry father vince, but i just cant help it to be wowed with the sony ericsson phone which was release in japan. but im pretty sure it was only intended for japanese market...unless that it can be unlocked and can be used in other country like the philippines ( i hope it will hehehe)

i bought da phnoe few days ago..it seems fine only except one problem..the display is too dim..i tried 2 maximum brightness but its not tht bright like other phn i used(n73,n93,e90)..pls mail me(ur_bishal@yahoo.com) if any body r having da same problem..i just wanna know is tht my set falut or defult..

In terms of what? WLAN speed is network speed dependent regardless of unit/client used for browsing. I think you should stop giving false information to potential users.

SO905iCS is allready released in Japan for several months ago........
SO905iCS feature a 5.1 megapixel CCD camera with auto focus and Cyber-shot branding. it also have a 3x optical zoom (4.5 - 13.5 mm) it also have a 2.7" screen....yeeehh..this phone eats everything...CCD sensor is so much better then cmos.

pleas can any one help me with a question
actually am not preofessional in technology
so i know i can connect to internet in the mobile through the sim card..but can we connect to the internet from the mobile but not through the sim card through the normal phone like normal computer with the mobilephone pleas in any kinds of mobilephones or any brand?

i just got that phone i live Newyork but the phone i got from Hongkong the phone is cool but my question is that on the phone it says made by nokia no country name like i have nokia e50 and it says made in Finland and i have nokia 6133 which says made in Maxico i dont understand that the reason on that phone mean i spent arround 550 us dollars on it and i am afraid that may be i got the fake nokia n82 cause the body i mean matireal look like very cheap plastic and also with the # button when u press it dosnt work like short cut for sielent mode so can some one tell me that some one other have the same problem or not thanx

i am prod to own this phone, as it has pretty and really good photos, its handy and about gps its really 20 meters precision the only problem is keypad its not easy to type messages WLAN works better then N95. well this should be my last nokia phone.
