Also, it is not a rumor anymore that N9 will be MeeGo based since Nokia stated somewhere that N9 "line" (ie N9-01, N9-2, etc) will be MeeGo/high-end. So, N9 WILL have MeeGo.

Anonymous, 24 Jun 2010i don't think this device is real since n9 is a rumored mee... moreI think it will have flash 10.1 plug-in (not full flash support like Android, etc) just like the N900 has flash 9 if I'm not mistaken. That means that you would have to rely on Nokia updating/upgrading flash on the device whenever they "could". Also, keep in mind that the specs here are not 80% accurate. GSMArena still has the Droid 2 pic as the Droid X

i don't think this device is real since n9 is a rumored meego device so i expect the phone to at least have a full flash 10.1 or something but it stated that it only supports flash lite 4 on gsmarena..perhaps symbian^4?

Guys, its a great news that a new product is gonna appear soone in the Meego line. I prefer N9 to N8 personally, as it has Meego which someone has rightly said is Linux variant. Symbian^3 , on the other hand is on a test run, or should i say a low profile one in the near future. Even Nokia agrees that as their plan is to launch Symbian ^4; Yes, ^3 could be better compared to a milestone, if ^4 is the Goal. The good news is that ^4 will be released in Q4, 2010 or early 2011.
So why do you want to spend money on a half grown child when teh smart boy is right at hand? ^3 wouldn't be capable of supporting 4G as well nor will be the processing, 3D capabilities as compared to the ^4.
On the other hand, remember, Meego is a developer's platform.It could be the right stuff to make your mobile personal again :), if you 're not patient enough to wait for a revolution. To be frank I like the qwerty keyboard and the envious laptop like looks that the little thing gives. Hats Off..
PS:I'm sure now you also might agree with me that iPhone is getting older and weaker!!!

Meego, BTW is a variant of the desktop Linux, one that came into existence after Nokia and Intel combined their MID platforms Maemo and Moblin.

Since it Has - Flash Lite v4.0 - then its not Meego (or any Maemo.Maybe aprils Fool by Nokia Blog ;(.

N9 after N900. Makes Sense. Or else Nokia will run out of names for their Meego device.

i hope this phone has 640x960 pixels, screen size larger than 3.5", 32gb internal memory with atleast 512mb ram, and good battery (more than 1500 mah)

nokia will never make android phones but see they are still number 1 . where is that samsung vision that they will overtake Nokia? haha. in their dreams. nokia is commited to two os only symbian and meego.

also i want to see a 3D phone by nokia
maybe in the N10 it will be greaat
