yes N90, i agree with you.. the chrome side panels slowly gets unshiny.. just like mine.. it doesnt look like a piece of metal now.. it just look like a piece of plastic.. so blurred.. n it attracts fingerprints so easily.. i suggest you guys wait for the N92 seriously i kinda regret after buying this phone for 2 months.. trust me.. but if ur budget is low then get this one instead of the N80 or N92..

no vibration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!please do something about it because it really can get people in their nerves..hey what if people are doing something or their are in a metting..you have to put it on silent or switch it off..but most of them usually put it on silent...then the vibration thing works..if a phone don't have vibration then it's not worth being called HANDPHONE or it's should just get DUMP somewhere...PLZ DO SOMETHING..ALL THE NOKIA USER WANT TO SEE SOMETHING!!!

I am also not much pleased with my Nokia N90 and now m planning to buy a Nokia N80…so was doing some research work and found it to be a beautiful rich 3G multimedia device ….reminds of Nokia 7650 as all the reviews say!! It weighs only 134 grams…and provides fast internet access with sensitive browsing……it also incorporates large internal memory of up to 40 MB…this is good …….got nice reviews at http://www.inods.com and http://www.mobile-review.com see if they interest u………

In North America, GSM operates on the primary mobile communication bands - 850 MHz and 1900 MHz. Initial implementations were exclusively 1900 MHz, with 850 MHz being added in 2001. In Canada, GSM-1900 is the primary frequency used in urban areas with 850 as a backup, and GSM-850 being the primary rural frequency. In the United States, regulatory requirements determine which area can use which frequency.

WOW! What a fantastic example of advancing technology. It has been said that "Nokia" has since been quiet within the phone industry as "Samsung" and "Sony Ecricson" market such high quality products, some who feel that "Nokia" could be compared as a better version of a "Motorola".
But i however think different. Nokia has since mooved on from Calls, SMS MMS EMS WAP/GPRS and have decided that features of a handset isnt the only reason why a consumer may purchase a product. It is refreshing to see such origional designs being produced as always by nokia, yes it could be said that the N90 is a "knock-off" version of the un-produced Samsung D700 calceled in 2003, or the Z700 but this is unique in its own way. The N90 is a mulit postional clam shell handset with an amazing 2MP Carl Zeiss optics Camera and x20 digital zoom with auto focus, anti-red eye and picture/video editing software and even has room for a flash...
...to go along with this its also 3G, but not much of a 3G fan, then how about the "push-to-talk" service. Opperating in the same way as a walkie talkie this service allows free of charge calls to be made (dependant on the service provider)
If this isnt enough then its MP3 player may interest you, with its 95MB (31MB built in 64MB in MMC allowing more) there is plenty of room for all that music however for storage of music, picture and videos you may wish to purchase a higher Multi Media Card to allow more storage.
Quick easy printing and a TFT of 256K colors this truly does show up its compititors.
So you could purchse a a Samsung D810 or Z510, a more expensive version of the "Motorola" V3, a "Sony Ericson" who's handset are of Style or Features but lack in the abilty to not develop a fault after 4months as seen with k700i, k750i, P910i, Or you could make the correct decision to use Nokia, Simple, effective, High finish, Durable ( I still have a 3310 from when it was brought out, its been in a lake and everything! ) Highly featured, technologically advanced N90.
Set to be launched in July 2005, its new date to arrive is March 2006 ensuring the handset exceeds the needs of the user.

yes the phone is large but how else they supposed to sqeeze so much into so small a space?my only quibble would be that they only use a portion of the huge screen the rest is filled time, date, calender, network logo etc actual picture size is tiny....

Screw Nokia! I've been using nokia since they started to manufacture phones! I think its a waste of money actually. The N90 might look so powerful but its really huge! and it can't even take good pictures!
Here's a sample from my Sony Ericsson K750i compared to the sample photos of the N90 on the views.
