Huh? The phone has no mobile TV nor UMTS? I thought it's a 3G phone?

N90 is really wonderful.
It has so many options that I think it is more similar to a PC than to a phone.
Really gr8.
It took one day to get used to its menu.
Now I've set everything, only one thing is very strange: the wap portal is in gprs version and not umts one.(no music, no mobile tv).
Vodafone said it is a metter of their network, which hasn't still the settings for recognising N90 compatibility with those services.
Have you got other suggestions?
Please answer me. I have waited for the phone, I don't want to wait also for the network upload (and maybe the problem will be with the settings of the phone and not with the network).

yes this is y w800 wins n90 not in price but in camera n weight n others.. w800 got torch while nokia phones dun have.. and n90 memory card i think for now max = 512mb.. while SE already got a 2gb to fight it..

Hi all,
I've just gotten hold of the new Nokia N90 in Singapore for SGD$1188 (approx USD$700), and I must say, the video quality is bloody brilliant. Really a far cry from N6630 and N6680's pixelated graphics. Look no further if you need a good video-camera-phone.
Still, it's a shame that photo images which are taken indoors with low lighting tend to turn out yellowish, making anyone's face in the photos look a tad pale and sickly... Lolz. Does anybody out there know how to eradicate or at least minimize the chances of this problem occurring?

Yes, the camera does do auto brightness and contrast. It's great!

Isn't the font size same as any other series 60? By the way I would like to know whether the camera does auto brightness or contrast just like the Nokia 6101, I got a 6630 & a 6101 but the 6101's picture seem to be a better quality in terms of clearity..

Hi Hazel,
The font size cannot be changed. I thought it would be a major disadvantage until I bought it and realised that the size isn't a problem because of the high screen resolution making the font easy to read.
But if anyone who knows how to increase the font size, it would be great.

Hi, everybody!
I ve juz got my own N90 today at singapore time 9:30pm (now long hr charging!). Juz 2 share a little w everybody. Though e fone belongs to 1st batch arrival in singapore. It please me alot! I cx it's functioning very well like juz as good as any of other 'seasoned' sophiscated 3G fones. Though on e downside it really weighs a ton n looks like carrying a metal ball barring 4 petite lady like me (but i still insist in getting 1 4 myself as i c its got its own characteristics n it's much UNIQUE in its own way!) n reluctantly nokia really nd 2 improve on it's everytime start up lag n battery life of course. It's really we either nd 2 own a car 4 convenient on-spot charging or we nd 2 buy 1 more spare battery or we nd to stick e charger by our side everytime. Overall, despite some of its flaws mentioned, N90 is overall still a good fone 2 invest on. U really ve 2 love it 2 appreciate n accept its extraordinary. :)
Yup! 1 IMPT thing here 2 consult anybody who can help me. I think e text n overall font size looks diminished! It's really testing my 'eagle eyesight'. It's 2 straineous on e eyes juz after a couple of mins staring @ e fone. Pls advise me how 2 alter e texting/font size. It's really 2 small even 4 my perfect eyesight let alone those who needs more time 2 figure out wat they r typing is rite? Hard on us liao lor.... :(

I love this phone b.coz of it's huge size. but, there's no vibration in this phone. i also dont know where to download the themes.

I have purchased this phone about a week ago now from japan. Its camera is very good but only as a camera, if you want to use it as video then get a samsung d600 that has no slag when video taking. i am impressed but am returning it becauses of one LARGE issue, the phone is HUGE now you may think im exaggarating but its as big as my hole hand and cant fit into any of my pokets. The swivel action of the camera is a stupid gimmick if it was smaller and no swivel id buy this phone straight away no matter what price.

Got an N90 to have a look at. If any handset deserves the title of don't believe the hype this is it. The spec may be high however the size is very disappointing. AVOID

The screen is better than the SE 700i. The resolution is higher. The font is smooth and there are no rugged edges.
Viewing photos and movies on this phone is truly tremendous!!!!!

The video camera is amazing and although not as smooth as a regular video camera (due to frame rate), it is clear and stunning! Better than 6680.
The pictures from the camera show no "pixel squares". It is just like a regular 2MP camera photo!
Sorry to hear that you are still suffering from the 6680's "out of memory, please close applications" issue.
Get the N90 and you will not regret it!
