[deleted post]The difference is that Apple Iphone has like a billion apps. No not literally. Nokia has only a handful which is pathetic. If you want a phone with desktop view and embedded flash go with Nokia N900. I had the Nokia N900 and had Wifi and bluetooth issues that were never resolved. You can't be on a call using a bluetooth headset and use wifi the internet at the same time. Very annoying when running a business. With the iphone, you can use bluetooth and wifi at the same time. Hope this helps.

my problem is that the display turns off wen am calling somebody even wen am holding the phone in my hands.
and it happens only wen i go outside(i mean wen i hold my phone in sunlight).inside my house its fine.

i baught this phone yestday.But i have a problem.When ever i'm calling some one at outdoors the display is turning off by itself even when i'm holding the phone in my hands.
is there any settings to change that??
autolock is disabled and turnoff display is also disabled.
But in indoors the display stays on.
display turns off only at outside
guys plz help me.

Nokia is back, with full power of linux and applications, i had bought my n900 back in dec 09, but lost it in airport, again i get the chance to buy it just 2 days before and i really feeling top of the world...looking more from nokia...

Ever since I've updated My n900 to pr1.2, I keep getting the message "Ovi Store is currently not available for your device." when I try to access the ovi store.
I've been trying this for weeks..thinking it may be temporary..bt ntn changed..I still get the same message :s
Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
P.S: I updated My n900 to pr1.2 via OTA.

i overclocked my n900 to 950mhz and it is still stable after two days. running apps is instanteneous and really fast. by far this is the best phone i ever had.. battery life is not that bad if you know how to conserve power. nokia rocks!!
