Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Sample phones should have been returned.

I think you might be using a stolen device!

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970It is very odd what you describe, since these bugs are two moths old and were only present in the prerelease devices that also had a pre-beta firmware.

If you still own a sample device marked "not for sale" please return it at once, since updating them is not possible and keeping them devices after 25 November is considered illegal!

Otherwise, updating to the latest firmware that fixes the mentioned issues should be very simple.

                        Best regards.

you will never ever find a devise that will suits your need 100%,,,,

all devices are not 100% perfect,,& i don't know how you came-up with these disadvantages..??!!!!

many people didn't complain as u did??!!!!

at the end N900 is better & it's performance is excellent...

also, most of the points mentioned ,are software issues, so it will be fix very soon..

Nick Norton, 01 Dec 2009Yup and it's 100 times technically more advanced. I'd like... moreDude the problem with US models are they are made in China. EU models are made in Finland. So which one do you rather buy? China or finland?
I used to own the N97 here in USA which is made in China. Spend over $600 for this piece of junk. It crashed constantly and was send in to Nokia for repairs twice, still crashed after 1 weeks of use. Trust me what I say here, "Don't buy any Nokia that is produced in China." My Finland made Nokia N95 puuurrrsss perfectly after some 2 years of use. Too bad the housing on my N95 is a bit worn out. I will be replacing the N97 with the N900. There is an upside for me which is that I can go back to T mobile here in USA which operates on the N900 3G freq. N97 only operates on the ATT 3G which is horrible with signal coverage. If only Nokia could make upgraded N95 with T Mobile 3G which is 1700/2100 MHZ. The N95 seems to be one the Nokias best bullet proof model yet.
