And 10 mins ago i just made fun of my friend for wasting money on a macbook (pro) and she deleted me off facebook cause she knows how she messed up

      This is a double posted comments, posted before on Apple forum. I just want to post here, as my opinion:
      Apple waited so many years before entering the mobile business, while Nokia and Ericsson have manufacture thousands of devices. Why? Because mobiles were for talking and sending messages. When it comes to software, Apple knows what to do. Apple is in the market now, and knows a lot about what could stands at the end of the road. Other companies, like Nokia, are still till this moment making mobile phones where the most important thing for them is the design and every thing else, except the software. This is why Nokia is out of date with its OS. You want an OS without many problems (Don't jailbreak it) buy iPhone, you want Oses with problems, buy others. This is at least the way where we stand now. Perhaps, in the near future, Nokia is going to make an operating system for themselves which is problem free and better than Apple iPhone. The design? Yes Nokia and Sonyericsson are more beautiful, we are not too much looking for beauty. I see two OSes, Mac and Winmo in mobile phones, the smart-phones. Am I wrong? Yes maybe. Btw, I am an owner of the N97.

It seems that you don't understand nothing of mobile phones and respective operate systems.

                I see you got all agitated over the discussions here but you must know noone has anything against omnia hd! about winmo we don't care too much but omnia hd is quite a phone.

                What does bother us is imposture and to pe speciffic iSheep imposture.

                The only downside with i8910 is that samsung does on offer enough support and nokia ruining the gaming perpective by releasing it's mediocre s60v5 series.

                We heard your past comment so there's no need to repeat yourself, over here we're all tech freaks and many of us are i8910 owners or supporters.
                I myself didn't get it because of the audio issue, it to long to fix so i got myself a notebook :P

                  Well although you are a bright iSheep I guess amazon does have a reason to keep MMS on the specs page.

                  As for portrait/landscape here's some proof of portrait already implemented and news about the FLASH supporting mozilla browser.

                  Also I noticed someone mentioning ab some nice plugin for removing "flash" adds on safari and keeping the relevant content only.

                  When do you think such a "plugin" will be available for the -cough- iBrowser -cough- ?...

                  Also having cleared out that iphone is hardware-wise inferior

                  (small unprecise screen, bad camera, no "flash" lol, half the memory with no ssd slot, no radio, no fm transmitter)

                  and software wise aswell

                  (low battery life, lacks multitasking, inability to use flash or acces your own system files, poor video recording despite the hardware beeing there, no wireless BT file transfer, no DLNA but then it's a vga phone with a resolution lamer than vga, slow HSDPA speed)

                  So it can even be a quadcore and lame osx core won't do any better.

                  AND the N900 having mms, fm radio, portrait mode (any other rumours of "missing" stuff I haven's heard of?)

                  WHAT does the iphone HAVE and what can iPhone DO besides beeing a slim ladies phone? (you don't see a pink H2 every day, do you? -if-you-get-the-joke...)

                  So answer this question or get lost!

                    The Nokia sheep somehow believe that some Norse God will bestow on the N900 some magical properties which will somehow squeeze more performance out of the same hardware.

                    Given Linux and it's history of poor driver support (as shown by the lack of MMS, being stuck in landscape mode etc), I don't think it is capable of all the Nokia sheep in their blind devotion, are giving it credit for.

Let them hav a battle... And u know wat? Who is the winner? Samsung.. Ok look wat kinda excellent phones samsung hav.. Huge list of excellent phones... Including best window and symbian mobiles....
                      Currently i hav omnia hd... I hav played with both apple and nokia n97... If there is a competition between omnia hd and iphone and n97... Then leave n97... Its a losser... And iphone is also a losser when it comes to compete with omnia hd...

                      Actually i hav iphone before omnia hd... And i hav no regret that now i hav omnia hd... Because omnia hd is thousands time better than iphone..

                                    Guys guys...whats all this rubbish talk about iphone and nokia phones.this battle has been going on for ages,and face it,theres never going be a winner,so just stop all this nonsense.personally,i dont like the iphone,cause i think that ur gettin crap for what ur paying.its literally got no OS.the camera is just basic,no flash,cant install good softwares like garmin...but u gotta admit,apple produced a very nice touchscreen that functions smoothly and theyre very responsive i must say.however,i personally dont like capasitive touchscreens cause theyre just like a piece of glass on ur phone,one hard drop and bamm..nokia phones have very good OS's but crap interface..so basically what im trying to say is that everyone will buy what suits them,whether it be iphones,nokia,sonyericsson etc..there will never be an ultimate winner..(except through market shares and equity, which i believe nokia is at the top of the list).ive used over 50 phones and believe me,all of them has their ups and downs.im currently loving my nokia N82 and E71..
