i find in front street with nighmode on and expososure up at 2+ it can act as an infra red cam,,ok its not quite that good but if you hold cam steady in low light its good.
The moon was out full blast a week ago and got some great shots at 3 mp setting because on night mode at 5mp on n95 is a long time to hold it still..
At this moment unless somone offered me and e90 swap for my n95 nothing would make me give up n95 ,,in fact the k750i and sharp fones can still outdo most camfones to this day..Years ago you took in your film and had choice of 1hr or 24 hr printing and wat you got was a 6 x 4 inch print and thats all i want and get that with 3mp n95 and thats it,,wat the heck your doing with them is not on,, your blowing them up on comp screen and scrutinising every pixel,,just leave it and be happy like me with a 6x4 clear snap..It can take a while to master these fones with all different settings but ive had some good succes with flouro and incandecent settings "but" if you were pro photographer you would take shot after shot under pro lighting conditions with a grand of camera and even more for a sophisticated lens optics to get a good shot and then its under the monocular to study it further,,so ive got wat i need and perhaps others have but many are still not satisfied and the more up the mp race we go the worse its going to get and i think some just want a top spec fone even if its quite bad just to show off when really nobody cares except yourself,,i still see 3310 and old moto flip fones all the time but no one is embarrassed most people dont care they just want a fone that txts and talks and primarily WORKS !!

That's not really true. The N95 does not shoot well under low-light conditions. The LED flash tends to make images lose their colour and the camera response time is rather slow. That being said, it still is an excellent camera when shooting under normal conditions (indoor or outdoor in good weather).
The video is NOT dvd quality, but it's about the same as a regular non-HD tv signal, which is good enough for me.

I think ppl who says N95 image quality suks nd compares to other fones then they are either jalouse of not affording it or they are illiterate nd crazy. N95 has the best imge quality by a mobile nd it won the best award for its image quality. Also the video quality is dvd like. Screan quality nd size is amazing. i mean nuthin beats this fone. its indeed the BEST.

Well i type a good 15wpm 12 key so i'm ok without a QWERTY. It just takes a little practice. IMO QWERTY keyboards are for old businessmen who can't even type on a computer keyboard to begin with lol.
And this phone does NOT have the a touchscreen. The full specs for the N95i haven't been released, but I'm sure that if it had a touchscreen Nokia would be touting that out, instead it's only talking about its insane storage capacity (8GB internal memory + microSD slot that supports SDHCs). I've got a 4GB SDHC in my N95 and it's more than enough. 8GB SDHC's will hit the market this december too, so theoritically you could have a 16GB phone... (iphone killer anyone?).
If the N95i DOES have a multitouch screen that would be AWESOME... but im sure it'd slow down the phone a lot. Since this phone isn't that fast to begin with that would stink, and if they increased the processing power of the phone to make it faster the battery life would stink even more than it already does (although your N95 won't be dieing in 5 hours like some Nokia haters would have you believe, it will stand out only about 3-4 days under regular usage and perhaps only 1-2 days if you fully use all its features and talk about 45minutes a day + on GSM).

N95 is capable of viewing/editing word etc but it cannot replace a pda.Can you imagine how many precious minutes,hell maybe hours would be wasted trying to construct a document with such a little keypad.Choose an E series with a qwerty keyboard or a pda phone with qwerty keyboard and touchscreen.

5Mp did not well? you should check your setting for picture resolusion before taking the picture... overall, N95 is a great phone ever..

made in means the country who made this phone.
made by is means the brand owner, no care the location of production.

dont compare a 3mp to a 5mp. N95 was compared to a 5mp sony digicam by experts. So n73 still a 3mp. N95 capture much better than 3mp. Read the hint n tips of expert on how to make good quality pix. And lastly for people who are makin the reason of compress pix by n95? Thats what u called new technology. High res pix in a small amount of kb or mb. To save more space. For the video quality of n95? Have u ever heard a amr format in a AAC codec? Thats the sounds of n95 in video mode. Look how practical n95 technology. Sounds great with les memry consumption.

butch.at least we both agree nokia make fantastic phones,unlike that jerk who was trying to compare the moto razor saying it's a better design and a better phone.

i wish foma,,sharp and toshiba would send more hansets to the uk,,it was great when sharp902,903 came out (voda only) and the toshiba ts 921 and 830 model i think sold here plus the sharp gx 10,20,30 were good models and dad has my gx30 now,, still good pics using a ccd sensor but as said below most europe type fones especially here in uk use cmos as their cheaper and consume less power.Them beasts of fones out their in japan and south korea shame us and at end of this year south korea are getting projectors in their fones

mark,bro i dont know.mybe d flash of n73 is brighter dan n95 but my n95 is better clear dan n73.i dont know bro.but my brother has n73 want to trade to n95.mybe some of products of n73 is better dan n95 and some of n95 is better dan n73.
