In my opinion phone performance is most important second is features and function
so that why nokia lose it share nor sony erricson share price increase
too many function in a phone especially symbian platform phone will make the phone slower
sony erricson camera, sound, TFT LCD display, weight, always better than nokia i wonder when nokia will improve this and has equal quality compare to sony phone ?

Nokia N95 the coolest phone.....Loded with amazing features. Stylish looks,5mp camera, and cool MP3 player and lots of features.
Once you will use it you never see the others....!

u said that if u get a se then u can save money. if u get the n95 u will spend more money in repairs on the phone. i better go with se and save money.

Nkia sales have dropped this year
because NOKIA is going divide in asian and europe differently
n quality of NOKIA will decrease badly
In china nokia prices are dropped so much
n93 is selling for 140$
n95 is selling for 180
6300 is for 110$
5300 for 120 $
8600 luna FOR 220$

From first hand experience I can assure you the camera takes more than a couple of secs!and at the guy that wrote the following'16million colours how many phones have that much res?' the resolution is more important than the amount of colours so I suggest you check what resolution your n95 has.It appears some people are convincing themselves the phone is better than it actually is.

N95 fm radio loudspeaker sound volume is very weak..Do you know how can we increase it? Nokia hear us! We are waiting a new firmware for this..

no offense, but this n95 is a piece of crap.. I expected it to be much more better but Nokia disappointed me.. For this price, I should have purchased Asus P535, the GPS system is brilliant and importantly P535 doesnt freeze at all.. Oh well, nvm, at least I learn a lesson from Nokia, only buy nokia phones after 4-6 months of its launch date.. probably everything would be stable by the time..

I have been reading all these comments for the last two weeks deciding if I should get this Phone and all the negativity is really taking it's toll, but then again Iv seen the phone first hand and the design is not as bad as some think, the gaps are not as big as ppl think and the phone is not that slow, 16million colours how many phones have that much res? i bet its all the geeks that want the phone to be "like they would have designed it" PLEASE. love it hate it the technology is great better than any phone and will only get better.

better slow down on what you are saying because you are not 100% correct.
in my country nokia is a cheap fone,
SE and Samsung rocks in this place.
our maid has nokia n90 and my highschool cousins has n73s, just a toy for them... so what are you talking about nokia like lexus?
you cant say whos better it depends on people choices, to you nokia is elegant but for us its just a toy for the young ones.and for me its a shmae having a nokia fone.
how can you say its better when it never beats the sound quality of a walkman and the pic quality of a cybershot? that is why they are putting many features to stay in the competition, the result it hangs alot bcos of overloading. yes it has many features than SE and samsung but it never beats the main important features that is music quality and camera quality of SE.

Somebody mentioned SE K850 here? I at first payed interest to it too. But after reading all the specs lost any interest. It lacks GPS, WiFi, Quality Carl Zeiss optics...the design is very mediocre. Sure many will buy it too, but it`s like they will gor for Honda, rather than Lexus. You wanna save money stick to SE. You wanna get a taste of LUXURY-Nokia N95 is the answer!!! Period!

I have been using this phone for over a week and I have had no issues with it what-so-ever. I can easily say that this is the best phone i have ever owned (even after owning phones like p990i).
Some of the opinions i have read in here are absolutely false. Things like "phone takes 2 to 4 mins to start". Gimme a break! Im sure u dont even own the phone and u are just making things up.
Camera application takes a "few" secs to start up and save the pics but it is because the camera quality and resolution is set to the maximum and that takes the phone about 5 secs to process and save the pic.
As for the battery life, I read something somewhere and I actually found it useful. Its in the manual too. Plug in ur home charger into the wall, then plug in the other end into the phone. after few secs disconnect the charger's end from the phone itself (leave it plugged in the wall) and the put it back in. Im not sure what that does but so far it has helped me improve the battery life up to almost 2 days. Check it out and im sure it will help a lot of u.
once again dont "hate" something which u have never owned urself. cheers!

I,m using this phone for six days and I cannot recommend anyone to get this one.
Trust me this phone have lots and lots of faults.
1- Are u ready to put the phone into the charger and wait every single day.
2-After power on wait for 3-4 minutes.I,m sure if u install few applications u have 2 wait 4 more than 4 minutes. Other nokia N series phones r also slow but this one, l dont understand.......
3- Camera application too slow.
There is no point I can get even if buy or not this expensive phone but l recommend u 2 wait for sonyericsson k850 that will kill N95...

You guys are letting nokia off the hook!Your comparing scenario's from motor cars-in a completely wrong way:Here-how would you feel if you bought a bmw with a petrol tank that could only hold 3gallons?that's what it's like owning an n95

Very disappointing, the N95's 5-mega pix camera is dreadful, my 7 year old Sony 2mpix is better than that!! Ok I'll be fair the video wasn't bad. The build quality of the phone is appalling, the back falls off, the battery literally falls out, the slide has so much play in it that pocket dirt and all other crap will fill it no time. I really couldn't believe I needed to charge it daily and that was with nothing running!! It was slow to start, completely un-user-friendly, manual was crap and didn't even come with any maps!! Then I found out that I had to pay for GPS!!! The last straw was after copying my vast contacts list from my sim card, there was no way I could access it either in sim or memory. Was I supposed to copy contacts list elsewhere?...did I get a choice?...certainly not! Obviously designed by students but credit to them on their first work experience assignment!!
