to vk, yeah but sonys the best and im looking at replacing my desktop thats why i took interest in that model, specially cause the blueray and tv tuner, etc. got any other suggestions.....and also cant always go on bad support to not buy a high quality product

I have had the N95 for just under a week now and am totally impressed with it. For a symbian OS phone it is quite responsive, although it does have its times when it locks for a few seconds. The menus once you get used to them are easy to navigate and use. The wifi is brilliant, all we need in the Uk now is more free hotspots. I am stuck using it at home for now. The browser is fast over wifi and the ability to choose the amount of zoom for the page allows either easily read txt or a display of a full web page. The camera quality is the best I have ever seen on a phone and betters my old olympus digicam. The satnav system is near useless as it is so slow and expensive, although as I with O2 I have full uk maps and it works well as a map book. I would highly recommend the N95 to anyone looking for a great allround phone with market beating features!!!

is there any way the SMS message alert can be set to repeat until the mesage is opened?

its really a great phone but the included memory needs to increase,bcoz its a highend handset,so people would love to get atleast 1gb memory card free with it,otherwise its a great one.

thats why u need to buy made in finland phone not made in china..i had mine since friday and it crashed only ONCE on sunday and never before or after and its not wobbly or anything..most ppl who have made by nokia or made in china those crash like once atleast a day so if u bought from the beggining made in finland you would not be dissapointed

this phone is terrible, in 2 weeks i had 3 of them, phone restarts it self during calls then when it comes back on it wont transmit audio when im on a call, i have to turn it off, wait 2 mins and turn it back on, plus its so so slow. orange are refusing to give me a different phone, even when i asked within the 2 weeks, time for court me thinks

Why is the Nokia N95 not available on Vodacom? And Will there be a music edition and if so will it be available on vodacom?

Hi,
can anyone tell me is the gps on this phone network dependant? or can you jsut download maps hook up to gps and if so is there still a charge? a tourist from france told me its free however if you want a talking version its 70 euro for 3 years which isnt to bad!

i have not seen how big or how small the n95 camera compare with 904sh. Anyway i will consider your point bacause my 904sh still amazing when it comes to still and video recording. thanks for the comment.. no need for me to get an n95 for time being..

Just got it this afternoon.
It is an exteremely expensive toy.
Build quality is in a word terrible for a device this expensive but ok for something far cheaper. I have a feeling the design department never met the engineering department because that slider is feeble.
But it is also a wondeful phone, the software is fast and the screen brilliant.
The verdict would be wait for the n95i or get an n93i. This is only a suggestion. though.

Charged the phone up 1 night
used navagation for a while next day and by lunch time battery flat
navigation only linked up twice out of ten times
when going into some appl phone reboost
this phone is the best

Their is no way the n95 will take better photo's than the sharp.The sensor on the n95 is so small,it can't possibly get enough light to take proper photo's.Small sensors plus more megapixels equal unprofessional results-it's physics man!

superb phone everything thing that u want, n for the ppl who r crying on the battery life learn to use ur phone
-decrease the displaylight about 20%
-set time until phone enters standby to 1min
..and you will get though 2-3 days in normal use.
wat else u want from such phone

to jHNR: well i never buy sony cause their tech support is worst. i m not so excited abt blu ray. i think its wasting money and the one u lookin at is heavy.

I have sharp 904sH and using it here as regular phone. But I also plan to buy N95, but I am still thinking if its video and photo are better than sharp 904SH. Otherwise, no need for me to have this phone. To those owners of N95, please comment if happens you have seen already the 904SH sample photos or videos. Or, where can I possibly send my own samples for comparison. Thanks.

I want to buy the N95. I already have N91 which has very poor battery life. Do you think N95 is worth buying in comparison to my N91? Do both phones use the same battery?

Hi people dont wanna bore you to much but i was wondering what videos formats dose the nokia n95 actually support??
Also dose anyone know how to convert nokia format videos to standard mpeg so i can view the file as thumbnails on my pc..
i hate my nokia video's showing in a basic nokia icon, i prefer to be able to see what the video is without opening up the file
