their are many Samsung users who wants to shift to N96 c", or Nokia in general because they notice how vurnerable Samsung products are and that 8MP doesnt really matter at all, and their smart enough to choose the best all-in-one device.
if it has captured attention of readers and potential buyers, it would have hit big in this site but it didn't, N85 is even catching up with innov8's hits and votes here on GSMarena and it was only announce a week ago, thats very funny c",
i can feel your anger friend that's because no matter how many pixel you throw in to your device, it wont capture attention of regular consumers because its not Nokia, its just the other brand.
have you ask people you meet if they are to choose between 8MP or TV with vintage 5MP Carl Ziess on their mobile device?

Within a week its price has drastically fallen from 750 euros to 400. First slap on Nokia since top leader. Its just N81 with 16GB storage poor processor and batt.I anticipate would touch 500$ by 4Qtr.
Nothing new as inflation has beaten peoples buying power. Older models would now be n demand as discontinued.

It seems like the Battery life must be really bad. I have problem with my E66 which advetised more than 7 hours talk time. N96 advetized only 3 hours vs. N95 of 6 hours. Goodbye N96

just got my hands on the n96 today, it looks terrible, big, bulky, fat, too slim, not so comfy in hands, oh and by the way, i couldnt even tell it from n81, it looks exactly the same from the front..

And you know why there is so much buzz about N96, coz people were expecting more. And Nokia terribly failed to deviler.
It could be your personal choice for sure as you are someone who wont buy anything else but nokia, but no matter what you say innov8 is NOT just about the 8mp cam.
Build quality & material-innov8 is better
Display- innov8 is better
Camera- Innov8 is miles ahead
Music-Innov8 is way ahead
Video-Innov8 is better again.
Features-Innov8 has more to offer
So ya it's your choice not everyones.

This phone should have released 6 months ago. Too much competition these days. And for the high price Nokia set for this baby? I will pass and purchase the Samsung i8510 innov8 with 8mp camera and better built quality. I hope Nokia's next multimedia mobile phone offering would be ground breaking like the N95 was, and not like a small upgrade like N96 with a 600 euro price tag.

The only reason I didnt buy N95/8gb is bcoz of its design. N96 is complete ph for me. You should not say there is not much difference between 95 and 96. The MOLD has totally changed. Like new car model with same spec as old model. I've preordered it and will arrive in 2 days time. So many ppl buying this ph without looking at price.
