val, 14 Mar 2011my n96 is not responding actively,most especially the cable... moreHi val, i think u and your friends should connect your phones to a pc with a good antivirus, scan or format the memory...if it doesnt work take the phone to repairs 4 flashing.

Hi all I actually bought 2 of the nokia n96 fantastic ok they not brand new but in 100 percent working order I prefer this phone over my current blackberry 9700 goin to get a new housing for both the n96 the design the features the screen resolution youtube app all work incredible on this phone

this is one of my best phone........
nice speed,sound and features but camra quality is not good....
overall this is nice phone....

This was the worst experience i ever had, i scanned it many times, their was no vireos but still so slow.
i think the Nokia N95 is much better.
am i right ???

That's bad i've ever had in my life, it use to freeze its entire life( buttom, tones, network) you can't dowdload anything on it because freezes the volume and tone, and make some funny noise. on 24month i t froze the software and it was not fixable, what lost cash and i bought very expansive. i feel i sue nokia. after all Nokia handset the die eyepiece. u will talk using loud speeker. No more nolia in my life.

Hi All I have this phone and I just love it for many reasons firstly the internal memory is 16gb which is jus a lot and although this phone has a micro sd card slot I would not want to add any more gigs the camera is perfect the screen resolution is awesome the amount if pic wallpapers themes music and apps that this phone can take is just so great and although I have the samsung galaxy s and the bb9700 I will still keep this phone for years to come this phone and the nokia n95 8gb are the best phones that nokia have made to date I have no problems watsoever and I still got to update the software and then it will be even better.....for those of you that have this The Nokia n96 Enjoy it

val, 14 Mar 2011my n96 is not responding actively,most especially the cable... moreYour phone has a virus try installing a mobile antivirus or connect the phone to the pc via the usb cable and then wipe out all that is on the phone a virus comes by ways of bluetooth(from one phone to the other)or even installing apps that are not nokia approved so be careful

val, 14 Mar 2011my n96 is not responding actively,most especially the cable... moreN96 is 4th edition symbian phone, highly modernized more than others...however, phones doesn't just contact virus, there must be a second party invitation. All you need to do is to zap the phone, may be there must be some hidden files.

[deleted post]hi, original NOKIA phone does not have double SIM. your device may be China made. Never in my life have I seen NOKIA dual SIM

Superb smartfone on v30 firmware and using n79 battery which fits but leaves a little bulge in the back plate.
