All those slagging the N97 for having "only 5MP" for the camera doesn't understand digital photography. Increasing megapixels doesn't increase the size of the image sensor!!! Understand that you gadget collectors. When you increase the MP without physically increasing the size of the sensor, you are merely subdividing the tiny sensor into smaller photosites, which lead to more noise, lesser color accuracy, and softer images. Just take a look at the current 8MP camera phones. Do you think it has better image quality and captures more detail than 5MP and lesser MP camphones??? NO!!! It doesn't!!! The 8MP pictures actually look noisier and softer due to the increased noise reduction!! I'll take a less noisier and sharper 5MP cameraphone than a crammed 8MP tiny sensor cameraphone anytime!

its very nice phone...........very large memory.......but still nokia stick with 5 mp cam .....it must have 8 mp cam.......

Why it was so fast.... before it was only N96, (the phone i have now). It was only 1 month since i bought mine, and now here we are, N97 comes,,,, >:)

I plan on buyin this phone as soon as it drops i dont care whats the price i have an n82 and it is ok but i was gonna buy the nokia 5800 but y waste money when i can get this wayy more awesome phone just hopin it doesnt go over $900

who the hell care about 8mp camera, when 5 or 3 is enought, and this is not a copy of xperia when the design came from the music xpress (tube). damn ppl stop hating on this phone when you know this phone is hot
