Nice phone but IMHO, the n97 is what the n96 should have been & the n96 is what the n85 should have been.

yeah yeah we can tell that it's a nice phone, and there are a lot of people waiting for it and give it many good comments AND when it comes out, they are just do the opposite things (scream, bad comments, swear, complain....) just like Xperia X1. Come on people, I know that it's depend on the user, but at least be more positive.

Ive searched high and low I cant find anything that competes with these specs!
3" + touch screen
Full QWERTY
Tv out
5mp or higher Cam
Wifi + GPS
The 32 GB Internal is just icing on the cake!
But! Why cant we get a phone with these kick butt specs with a windows mobile O.S. or even the up and coming Andriod?
I hope somebody over at HTC is listening!

for me, i won´t depend on a cam unless it has optical zooming plus the other creteria, so i won´t use the mobile camera except for casual use (when idon´t have a camera in my hand), and i won´t ask for much from a mobile camera,, 5 or even 3.2 mpix camera is more than enough for me, and 640x360 video at 30 fps is just what i need!

i think most people on these opinions are stupid. you think that mexa pixels are the only deciding factor on a camera. theres much more to a good camera than a high mp. plus i bet all the people who "need" an 8mp camera leave the photos on there phone or maybe transfer to a 15" laptop! you only need a high MP if you are blowing a photo up around A3 size

The weight of a phone for me really important i tend to like small phones that way a lot aka n97 because i can sense a feeling of gratitude and strength.

You can never compare a samsung phone with a nokia phone... samsung ang lg have only weak phones, with no quality...

Nevertheless let saner sense prevail.Nokia lovers pls tell us a single Nokia devise that would be on par with Samsung Omnia and or Sony Ericson X peria or for that matter HTV Touch diamond/ HD. Pls do not comment for the sake of commenting. I do own Nokia N95 8 GB, Nokia E 71 & OMNIA. Nokia E 71 is definitely a good phone. Of course Omnia is the best out of this lot. No offense pls. I agree with Mr.Davids observation.

Should you all stop bashing the 5 meg cam from nokia, if they put in a good software then there should be no proplemo to beat a 8 mega pix ....
