Hi All,
Has anyone got any fix for this old problem with V20.0.019
1. Hangs on start up and then hard reset in order to make it work.
2. Scratches on lens - India user has anyone experienced it. How to make out whether scratches are there or not?
3. How to update firmware from 20.0.019 to 20.0.027 and is there any improvement

After ditching my iPhone as it was a lousy phone for a Nokia N97, I am profoundly dissapointed. You cannot read html emails, the apps are few and ordinary,and you cannot download apps to your PC then upload to the phone, you have to download direct to your phone. And you have to BUY pdf reader. Come on Nokia, lift your game! You used to have the best phones in the market.

Obama, 09 Dec 2009Does anyone know the new N97 series have been fixed for cam... moreI got the 2nd generation Nokia N97 that has scratch-proof lens but I was careless and I scratched it on my own with using random cleaning cloth. The scratches, if you looked at it, was made by the phone so I hope Nokia Care will replace it even though it's my fault. lol

gabby131, 09 Dec 2009scratches on camera LENS??? i thought of that one too, sinc... moreNope. It's actually scratches that I made when I used some random cotton cloth to clean the lens from fingerprints.
The scratches are on the middle of the actual lens and the dual flash.
I hope Nokia Care Philippines will replace it for free since it's under the warranty. hehehehe. sneeky little devil me. lol

I dont remember it being squeeky but but now that you mentioned it, I got used to it now. Thanks

Try to clean the lens, maybe you mistakenly saw dust as a scratch like i was.
