Anonymous, 22 May 2009N97 v allll http://www.pcworld.com/zoom?id=165380&page=1... moreWe already knew N97 >>> Iphone 3.0

The real fight is between N97, Omnia HD and Idou (if released this year). However, summer 2009 will be competive.

asjad, 22 May 2009Atlast everyphone copany is realising that only HTC designs... moreWell I think the flip side of your opinion is the fact that Nokia as a Market leader would want to have a wider product mix that embraces all facets of mobile phone design that exist....if not innovate new ones...

Naito, 22 May 2009Ridiculous. Finally a Nokia worth upgrading from a N95 8Gb ... moreThe Hardware 3D Graphics Accelerator wouldn't be necessary to have, since the 5800 doesn't have it, and the most S60v5-apps won't use it anyway. Also look how much the 3D-acc helped Omnia HD... (hint: it didn't).

                          Nokia N97 v Samsung i8910 stat-clash!

                          Winner? N97

Some excerpts of the review "We have to admit that on paper, the Samsung i8910 looks an impressive beast but when you start to look at the options and how well all that tech has been implemented, we’re safe in waiting for the Nokia N97 – the undoubted winner of this stat clash!"

Ridiculous. Finally a Nokia worth upgrading from a N95 8Gb and it doesn't have any hardware based 3D acceleration... What kind of company wouldn't put some form of it on their phones these days - especially if it is a 'flagship' model, because the iPhone offers it and everyone knows how popular they are... They need to try an get into every market with a flagship phone, especially gaming because it is a huge market. It's not like the N97 would be bad for gaming... it has everything the iphone has, like a accelerometer, and even more like a directional pad and heaps of buttons that could be assigned different controls - all that is needed is a custom N-Gage app. Very disappointed with Nokia. Always seem to have a 'perfect' phone, but there is always a let down with them. For example, the N95 8GB has extremely slow memory for todays standards or a N96 that has a very 'cheap' feeling to it.

WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING NOKIA? ANY DIMWIT WITH HALF A BRAIN COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT IS NEEDED ON A HIGH-END DEVICE. HONESTLY, DO YOU EVEN LISTEN TO YOUR CONSUMERS?

Disappointed once again... it seems to be endless... its just so damn obvious what should be included on a high-end device.
