That's why they charge a premium price for cheap components.

Another review has been writing! The phone is not any faster than the Nokia 5800 and is actually slower in some applications although it has a bit faster processor and more free RAM after the fresh start!

With a faster/more powerful CPU,more RAM as well as optimized software this smartphone would have been a significantly better device. I sincerely don't understand why Nokia can't sometime do the extra steps which would make of a good product, a great product. This problem as well as their obsession of saturating the market with variations of the same products will be their downfall.
It's not possible to make miracles just with software optimizations and that Nokia N97 will not be as fast as it should be unfortunately.

iPhone actually is not so good..no mms,3G function and cant forward msg..and when u transfer media to iPhone may will let new user confused..and not all from apple software can use for iPhone..

I was interested in this phone as I had an n95 but the N97 is only 3.6mps HSDPA and no HSUPA but the i8910 HD has HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps; HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps so for me the i8910 I must get instead of n97

the samsung hd doesn`nt have a phiycal QWERTY and i is very hard to type on it, the 8megapixeles camera is very good, but the nokia n97 has a Carl Zeiss lens and i think is better than the samsung`s lens.
