Can anyone tell me, is the GPS through the NOKIA OVI Maps as good as a regular GPS, does it cost for download, and does it cost wen using the maps/GPS

Most of them are made in China.... moreTnx! now i have my basis because i have a nokia 5233 right now that is made from korea and the battery of it is from china and my friend before has a 5800 same batery with 1320 Mhz but 5800 is from china as well and the battery runs out after 16 hrs unlike the 5230 it takes 1 1/2 day before the bat runs out my friend doesn't even used wi-fi back then. tnx 4 d help bops.

is there anyway you can upgrade n97 to edit documents such as excel, word etc. i know it can view document, but i will like to know if it could also edit documents. thanks a lot

Surya, 27 Jul 2010Hello everyone...I am confused between Nokia n97 mini and S... moreu saw the previous comment rite.. n97 mini has very good features. yes u can download a compatible divx player for free for the mini from the net. just do a search and u'll get it. just being able to play divx/avi files should not be ur strong points in choosing a phone. these applications can be downloaded any time. its all softwaare based. they are millions of 3rd party applications available for free on the net that will enable u to do a zillion things with ur phone. google will help u.

Anonymous, 27 Jul 2010does is lagged or freezes?It does lag sometimes but it has never frozen till date. this lagging trouble i would attribute it to the OS rather than the CPU or the RAM. it lags just a little bit when u open certain applications but its something that u can live with. u'll get used to it very soon.

mark, 27 Jul 2010bro i m going for mini soon , just wanne wht is firmware......firmware is the software of the phone. u need to keep updating it regularly as and when they are released by nokia. updating the software removes bugs and improves user experience. u can do it over the air through ur network or through wifi or download it first to a computer and then install it on ur phone.

Surya, 27 Jul 2010Hello everyone...I am confused between Nokia n97 mini and S... moremy friend is using wave and i have 97mini.. we had a comparison one on one and mini won hands down from looks to headset sound and speaker sound clarity to camera clarity , better browsing abilities... my poor friend was in tears.. hope u dnt wna join him.

Hello everyone...I am confused between Nokia n97 mini and Samsung s8500 wave....The Wave has far better features than n97 mini in all aspects...But since its using bada OS,I am doubtful if purchasing wave would be ok???Pls help me...How is the display of n97 mini???Can we download a divX player for n97 mini that will work on it???
