Hi, is actually base on how big yr mmc card is. anyway u need the mp3 application to play music. the internal memory if i not mistaken is about 3 to 4 mb only. so maybe can store 1 song.

32mb mmc == appro 7songs (depending on music file size)
64mb mmc == appro 14 songs
128mb mmc == appro 30songs
256mb mmc == appro 65songs

    Now Nokia N-gage cost $198 with 2yr plan,
    Nokia N-gage QD cost $168 with 2yr plan.

      anyway, u aware that u can convert mpeg to 3grp so u can watch movies with the ngage? i'm already watching movies on the phone. it's great,. can watch movies, cartoons and mtvs. ^_^ Enjoy the phone! cheers!!

        Hello all!!

        Thanx to 'Nokia N-Gage user (yeohweehwee@yahoo.com.sg)' for the informations about N-Gage QD!!

        I'm already have QD for about 2 weeks, this QD is awesome, have an super-strong battery, really brighter display (than N-Gage), and cool sound!

        No matter with MP3 Player, I'm already have an 128MB MMC with MP3GO Installed for play MP3, It's Ok and until now I haven't seen some problem with the Player!

        What can I say is only this QD is better than ordinary N-Gage! (althought it haven't USB Port. I must buy Card Reader to fill some MP3/ Video Clip/ Software onto my 128MB MMC)

                alright lets look at everything in a fair light alright?For the past year or slow,nokia has beenc consistently slow in implementing new and emerging technologies.For example,the first color phone is the Ericsson/Sony ericsson T68/T68i.After that samsung came out with a color phone of its own,T100.It took nokia quite a while to come out with a color phone,the first is if i remember correctly,the 7650.Now while samsung,SE and mitsubishi already have 256k color phones,nokia has just launched their 65k 6230.Granted that they have a nice user inferface and all,but thats something easily remedied by other companies.Sooner or later they are gonna learn whats a good user inferface.And nokia will be left in the dust technologically.And who wanna use something thats outdated?

                    nokia phones are the best no doubt about it.yall can say bad things about nokia but its still the best phone.motorola,sonny ericsson,siemens,lg...give me a break.NOKIA IS THE BEST

                        the QD does not have built in mp3,however i have read before that you can install third party player into it.Still the quality won't be as good.Overall,n-gage still better,but then nokia still horribly LOW TECH.

                            isnt is weird a gaming phone with 4096 Colour Screen ???? Come on grow up Nokia GROW Up even smaller companies coming up with 65K screens

                                        Nokia Ngage does not run on SD card.
