Sin, 05 Sep 2022Am of this opinion as well Price has too match the soc ... moreThere's a reason why these phones exist. They may not be the best value for money but they are made with durability and usability in mind. That theory would make perfect sense if they asked for high prices without improving anything and reducing the quality drastically, like what Samsung and BBK does

Svuru , 06 Sep 2022I would love to buy a Nokia phone to support this company..... moreIf it's too high, wait for a few months for this phone's price to drop drastically so it would be worth every cent

Sin, 07 Sep 2022So the lack of charger in box is mainly happening in the EU... moreAgreed. The good thing is that the packaging used is recyclable instead of freshly made, bleached and printed. Something quite refreshing to see. Also I hope that circular allows to replace batteries free of cost as a reward

so buyers in the uk won't have this problem
I so don't support this what brands are doing by removing the charger in box
Its the most anti consumer thing a brand can do
having just the cable don't make me feel much better about it
it's also not ego friendly as it leads too people buying the brand name changer or generic changer
but again we now just shipping 2 box's now in post now
also this phone just had extra hidden cost added too it now
not changers have the same port or made too work on same smartphones not all phones have been made with type c in mind we can't change the past phones where made without type c so old tech like always called obsolete
and even them smartphones that do have type c will still work better with the changer that was made for that phone
i think new smartphones are going have there battery's health degrade faster because of this changer problem only made worse by the fact that battery's are not user replaceable

Sin, 06 Sep 2022The Nokia x30 & g60 are probably the worsted phones hmd... moreQuite the contrary, they are among the best they released. Well at least on paper, design wise and ethics.

Sin, 06 Sep 2022The Nokia x30 & g60 are probably the worsted phones hmd... moreSeems like all Nokias outside the EU will get a charger (and earphones most probably), having a cable at least is much better than having a teeny tiny box only with paperwork and no cable like Sony and Samsung

Yoyo, 05 Sep 2022I don't care about "3 years warranty" gimmic... moreKeep in mind that producing a phone with a much smaller environmental footprint simply costs more, and that extra costs is also what you pay for. Sure you can buy a phone with the SD695 for much less, but those phones are definitely not produced with a minimal environmentally footprint in mind. Look at Fairphone, just an example. They're doing even more effort than HMD with Nokia phones. Sadly the ignorance in the world grows by the day, so I can't even blame you for being ignorant.

We want a Nokia with leading specifications. I feel comfortable when adding an IR port to the new Nokia. The desired competitor is Xiaomi 12, Vivo X80, and Honor Ultimate.

The Nokia x30 & g60 are probably the worsted phones hmd global has made in a long time
Why there is hype for there's phones is beyond me there the worsted in Nokia line up of phones
From the high pricing too lack of changer in box too low end chipset this is just awfulness there's a lot too be upset about and too dislike here
This is probably the worsted Nokia phones made too date I hope too never see Nokia make more phone this bad again
without changer in box really bothering me Nokia also doing this b's also
If the changer was in the box I might of changed my opinion on this
The no changer has undoubtedly put a bad taste in my mouth
but it's stupid Nokia think sending 2 box's in the post is better than one and this is so anti consumer who is already paying a price premium for mid range phone from Nokia I do hope customer's realise this
Critical complaints and Reason too dislike the Nokia brand now have good Points too make and it's rather disappointing Nokia's no better than the other brands in providing a changer in the box so sad

As a person that uses Nokia 7 Plus for over 4 years now and very satisfied with the experience, this phone is pretty close to what the 7 Plus was in 2018 in terms of that "balanced" device:
-Nice size screen,
-A capable midrange processor for people that are doing the basic stuff and light gaming (and probably efficient and not overheating)
-Good software support for longer time,
-Camera sensors that will produce nice shots ( the main sensor is pretty similar to the one used in Galaxy S22, if not the same)
-Clean Android without any bloatware.
The cons for this phone are the video is only 1080p resolution and possibly the asking price.
The Nokia 7 Plus initial price was 400 Euros, but had that phone been released this year with all the inflation going on, for sure it would have been similar to this price right now. But, as it is 2022 and not 2018, for a little more of that price and you can go with overall better smartphone from all aspects. So, my opinion is that Nokia 7 Plus was a rare gem for its time, while the X30 is a good phone, but a very harder one to recommend to someone, unless they are really into clean Android experience and interested in eco sustainability.

Anonymous, 04 Sep 2022Not a bad phone, but definitely overpricedI think it's a good phone for a fair price, I like the wdges of the phone's white color option cuz it gives it a look of pure quality somehow. I like the flat screen with glance screen but personally I prefer LCD over OLED, nevertheless it's not a deal breaker for me...
