Before you comment read carefully what is written. This is not a battle between Samsung and Nokia. I am pointing out that Nokia products though they have the most, they also have the most number of complaints and defects. This is proven by the Ratings that Nokia never gets the top pick for best cellphones, and in fact, samsung even gets ahead of the rating. The point is, quality does not depend on how many products you have delivered, but how high your rating could be. And Nokia is far behind its competitors and not only by Samsung. Do you get it now? Do you need a tutor to understand what I'm saying?

I am using Nokia phones since last 10 yrs, my experience with their service center is world class.
How can u compare service center of samsung...it is like a small mobile repair shop with samsung tie-up name board from a 10x10 shops in crowded locality with uneducated service guy. Often they dont have knowledge or spares..if u take a 1 year old samsung phone for service they frankly say they cant help..

It is true that many old Nokia fans are shifting their loyalty because of Nokia's poor quality, both in Service and Products. I already own 4 Nokia phones and will definitely think elaborately before investing my money on a nokia phone. Of late, the attitude of many staff at various nokia priority dealers/centers have become arrogant and worse, and this is probably due to Nokia's losing market posotion or it may even due to this staff attitude Nokia is mlosing its prime position.
Nokia will certainly get into a situation where in it has to fight or work hard to retain its position in the market.

Battery Capacity is low bcoz its 860mah only. More than 1000mah then it's okay...

i think nokia is in frustration by seeing the other manufacturing companies like lg,micromax,samsung. Nokia is releasing the phones according to the user requirements but those are lack of min features like body making even the thoppas companies are designing the cutest designs wat happened to u.... nd nokia is offering 5 mp camera, touch screen, 3G etc but the battery is 860 mah wat the hmmmm... even 1000 rs phones are offering 900 and 1000 mah batteries.... my humbly request is don't lose ur identity. No prob if the same phone is for 15k but make it heartfully......
