There s no secondary cmra 4 da video callng. So i thnk its useless 2 buy such a expensive mobile. Wel guys its upto u if stl wna buy it.

Like Blackberry, my sis don't know have changed for many time alredy... and is exchanged to another repaired phone (not new from box).

whats the sense of "TYPE" feature when there is no UP and DOWN buttons! Lets say i DOnt want to use the "TOUCH" feature, then my phone is non sense at all coz I would not be able to scroll up or down LOL!!!!

Nokia should admit the faults/defects of this phone,recall this unit because there were so many defects in 1week's time this phone has been purchased by users. It would be unfair if they will just do some repairs, when in fact you bought it as brand new. Do you think Nokia would admit that this product, or probably more products of Nokia had factory/design/functional defects??????? Wait until the battery explodes. That's the time they'll probably admit the faults. Where's the "Nokia Care" if they just sell faulty products(brand new but many defects). Are they only after the income? They should be responsible for their products, don't you think so? If they continue like this, someday consumers will lose interest in them. Just like I lost interest with their products.

I'm in Croatia, I had only 3 days to return it to either get the money back or to get a replacement, but I got sick and couldn't go anywhere. The phone is now off and I can't even turn it back on again. I really love the phone, but my worry is that there's something wrong with the particular model, because I read o forums that there's more people complaining about the same thing. The warranty is 2 years, but I'm afraid that means they will keep testing it and fixing it over and over again and I'll be without a phone again. Maybe if they cannot fix it, I can get my money back.....

hey y'all. does this phone run on symbian? according to the specs announcement from this site there's no special OS running on this phone and i figured either the phone works on a proprietary Operation System or there's a symbian hanging around but they've just forgot to mention that ( cause it happened before). so if anybody knows anything about the OS i'd appreciate it if you'd let me know.

Btw Guys and Gurls...
THE WIFI issue, if it keps on disconnecting, make sure bluetooth is switched off, and also any bluetooth devices nearby. This was confirmed to b a problem on some nokia N-series when using a certain brand of BT handsfree.
Wifi and bluetooth share the 2.4GHz frequency band, they operate in different ways but still can interfere with eachothers. Bluetooth is the main problem, as it does not use a defined frequency but jumps around at different frequencies in the 2.4 band.

No matter what your legal rights are, you should talk to the store and explain that its a faulty unit, see if they are willing to help in any way, but its a big chance they will take your phone and promis to fix it under warranty, then it can tak long time before you get it or an replacement back.
I hate warranty, it has far the most advantage for the manufacturers, not the consumers, they shud not be allowed to try to repair a cellfone, they shud onli replace with a new (or possibly refurbished units in some cases). In some countries with very strong consumer rights, like some scandinavian countries, they are onli allowed to try to repair a fone 2 or 3 times, if it gets problem after that the buyer has the right to get a brand new similar or better unit. Even that is not good enough but much better than the rest of the world still.
