Nokia X3-02 Touch and Type

I just bought my Nokia X3-02 4 days ago, I was so thrilled when I got it, but almost immediately I got disappointed because the phone turns off every time in the middle of a call, and then I have to take out the battery to make it work again. I even noticed several times it turns off while not being used. Can anyone help? :(

Its good for other users to know their options. Read the review of X3-02 here, theres a lot of samsung fones mentioned there, alternatives is always mentioned in their reviews, so y not in the user comments also

One thing i seen too often in GSMArenas reviews is "this problem may be due to early firmware". Even on samsung they will write that, even if its crystal clear that samsung has never cared about improving firmware, they havent even fixed relatively serious issues with their units. Corby is an excellent example of flawed fones that never got upgraded to become reliable, they just kept on pushing out new models all the time, gsmarena doesnt have to pretend they dont know that this is samsungs company policy. But we dont want to offend samsung now do we? =)

I'm confused. Does this phone really support up to 32GB micro SD as what is written here in GSMarena?
The real spec is it supports up to 16GB only.

But if that's the case, its as good as saying that gsmarena doesn't have credibility. For we know that to be credible, you have to review it not only to say the good sides, but the bad sides as well. If you check on user comments, there are so many bad comments on this phone, that's why you couldn't imagine why gsmarena missed all those. Or did they intentionally missed it? If that is for the purpose of income, the review will render useless, because the review no matter how bad the phone is, should be stated. That's why people view their site because of the review... Moreover, it seemed they like this product. OMG what happening to u gsmarena?

Lungile, 06 Jan 2011this is absolutley true. i bought my phone on the 16/12/201... moreabout security code. if you enter wrong security code for quite consecutive it will never accept any input of codes even if you input or found out the correct code, you need to wait for 15-20 mins to referesh it.... thats how secured your phone

Ok, no kinetic scrolling? But this is an entry level fone, the target buyers dont know what is kinetic scrolling, and if they dont know it exists then they dont know they r missing out on anything =)
X3-02 users probably think all touch fones are like this ehehe. They dont know there is such a thing as resistive vs capacitive touchscreens and watever, so its good enough for the intended users.
btw, off topic... resistive touchscrens like X3-02 shud be called PRESS sensitive screen, not touch, since its the downwards force that registered, not the proximity of the finger like it is on capacitive touchscreens. Some languages differentiate between the two technologies, English isnt one of them, thats why we always have to talk about resistive and capacitive instead of touch and press.
And for those who didnt know: Resistive types are inferior in many ways, but resistive do support kinetic scrolling/flip-to-scroll, its just that X3-02 does not have software to support it. Nokia N900 is the best example that resistive types can actually be very good if the software and user interface is touch optimized, its better at scrolling than most capacitive fones.
