Android 13 is long available for Nokia XR20 and it would be nice if gsmarena could update that in the specs. People then can see in a heartbeat what version is the latest update for this particular phone they searched for.
So please add that in the spec list, we are all here to make it as complete as possible and easy to see and use for everyone.

I'm very disapointed with the phone, camera y quite bad, and overall perfomance is really bad.
Everything is slow and UI freeze from time to time and needs a reboot.

Bought this and it had water entering into the display within 3 months, even when used in light rain. HMD global/Nokia outright refused to offer any repairs or support, because I bought it in another country, while I was on vacation, as I needed a new phone. Instead they suggested I should fly halfway across the globe, to where I bought it, to get it fixed.
Not to mention that this phone was of sub-par quality to begin with, I've had other electronics companies, who seem to value their reputation more, honour their warranties even when the product was bought in another country. But HMD global seems to want to only do the absolute minimum of what's legally necessary and no more.

Im so disappointed with this XR20 , this phone cost over €400 , its by far the worst phone iv ever had, with the exception of the phone being durable.
Its performance is extremely poor everything from reception, Bluetooth, pocket dials, to picking up background noise to be not being able to clearly here the person you are talking to . We purchased two Nokia phones one x 20 and a xr20 at the same time and we go double sting

MakeNokiaGreatAgain, 19 Sep 2023Terrible low quality 'Imbukwa Style' trolling. The XR20 does have charging issues, I have experienced them myself, although not for some time now.
The phone does not charge and requires you to either reinsert the cable or restart the device. Otherwise it will charge a small amount and then stop charging.
It seems to be an issue with battery calibration, I saw one owner report that they let the battery fully discharge and then fully charge and it solved the problem.

Zak, 01 Aug 2023i recently sent my nokia xr 20 in for repair , issue with f... moreI think even with a replacement phone you would still run into those problems again. They are very common with the XR20, mine sometimes fails to charge and the fingerprint is too sensitive so it unlocks the screen when you're trying to turn it off or it can open the camera app (you can disable in settings), or worse, it will detect multiple presses and call emergency services.
Some people have said if you let the XR20 battery drain completely until it powers off, and then charge back up to 100%, it can solve the charging issues.

i recently sent my nokia xr 20 in for repair , issue with fingerprint sensor and charging port.
Vodacom has said they will replace the phone but unfortunately dont have any stock country wide in RSA of another xr20 . i am so disapointed . i reall just wanted the same phone again.
im a farmer and have tried cat phones , samsungs , hauweis , and a whole lot of other tough or rugged phones and to me the nokia outpreformed these other by miles , great photos in my opinion ,dropped many a time, got wet many times , and battery life was great , only down size was size of phone that didnt fit in my top pockets leading to the many drops i suppose .

Just got mine on 21 July, 2023. Went to Android 13 instantly. It has pin entry, fingerprint AND face recognition. Came with charging brick, cable and earplugs. Wireless charging is not fast, but it works and yes it has an FM Radio.

It's a very good phone, which unfortunately isn't designed for humans.
It is simply too big for even big handed people - and what are we to do with all that screen space?
Everything else is between nice and good - but they could easily have put that in a 4,5'' - 5,5'' frame and blown the iPhone minis trigger out the water.
In stead they'd made a ferry of a phone. God knows why?
