It is really amazing phone
Phone is not for photos but I really get for good photos .
Phone is working fine for the daily tasks
I am not a gammer but this phone is perfect .
4 years security and 3 years android so good so far.

As for instruction on how to use android, well, there is no manufacturer that will make 1000 pages books (at least) to instruct users on how to use android. For that please search the internet android 12 features and how to use it, complete guideline.
That should be enough to cover at least the upcoming android 13 and 14 too.

so I also got the update android 13 works flawlessly just like on android 12. Battery is very good and the phone itself is about the best in its class, so it can handle another couple of years

I bough't phone before 9 months. First problem with batery and curved case becouse batery expand. After that problems with android, UI, third party...
After update to Android 13 is little batter , but what? Low response, slow, not working properly...
For that amount of money i except mobile phone. Third is cheap chinese copy of something.

Nokia XR20 of mine got some serious beating due to my work and still going strong.
Not much I miss from this phone except that it would be perfect if it had a 6000mah battery.

I paid Pure Talk $699.00 for a XR20 phone. Since Nokia is the manufacturer I'm assuming that you sent me the phone. You sent me a phone without instructions. Trying to navigate it is maddening!

TIL that this phone was used for the most recent 007 films "No Time To Die". I still want to own this phone despite its age. However, I do think it's about time HMD Nokia is making a new one with at least Snapdragon 690 SoC.
