Well, o2 have said they have sent me a replacement already. hmmm - a bit fast for my liking. Well i'm going to try this one but unless something short of a miracle has happened i bet it will be in the same state as my old one. I may be starting a giant game of pass the parcel with my phones.

ok I touched wood too soon....my fone keeps losing its signal and the screen keeps freezing......I can see this being the start of a lot of problems!

I know my phone has broke but before it did the video quality was top notch. Lower quality video can be saved to the phone memory and then downloaded using the cable. Higher quality video is automatically saved to the mem card where video cannot be removed - which is odd. Also the USB port will recharge your battery whilst connected to your pc. Don't if that is mentioned anywhere but i thought it was cool.

is any 1 else havin probs wid the video? the screen goes white n then gets stuck and sometimes gets stuck on one image and it wont let me press any thing

ANYONE KNOW THE OLD GENIE 600 TEXT 50 OFF PEAK MINS FREE WAP VIA 915000 SETUP PLEASE...I'll be so glad to hear if anyone else still uses this setup and will sort me the setting for surfing wap free.Just no gprs and mms oh well im happy just to surf free.Any1 out there on this contract still with a O2x3 plz help!!!

I can connect my fone to the pc, but cant send or upload files, the screen keepts on sayin transferring, but it dont know what its doin! is it me or the fone?

I am an 02 customer, i now want to cancel my contract and buy an x3 but with an 02 online contract instead. how long will it take for 02 to cancel my contract? will it be see out the end of the month?

Yes, just a bog standard cheapo SD card reader, Tesco' were selling readers for about £4 about a month ago.

Get that size and your battery will be flat before you have reached the end of viewing/listening what's on the card!

Tick the faulty box on the returns sheet. Also put the reason why.
Mail O2 and tell them as well!
Could take up to 4 weeks for a replacement! (More likely 2 though!)

I've filled in the returns sheet and packaged it all up again for return, but it says nothing on getting a replacement. Any ideas on how i do that.
