The X3, which has already been said is really a BenQ S700, is a rushed product. The software feels unfinished and the UI is damn ugly specially in text messages. It does not remember your camera settings and goes back to the defaults everytime you goto it. BenQ are new to the mobile phone business so I suppose this can be forgiven. The picture quality is excellent. Personally I'd avoid this phone until a new firmware has been made for it.

Oh and you cannot insert animations etc into text messages as the button you are supposed to press to get the menu up is the send button.

Guys........ the product code is the one containg the O2X3 number, the version, code is on the box, don't get the two confused.
As of yet...... NO ONE can prove the camera works correctly, I have now seen photo's from 5 different cameras and NONE of them work properly.
For a 1.3MP camera to work properly it must be able to produce a clear photo larger than 6x4" (which is standard size for VGA.)
I have returned all of my phones after testing, one gave up the ghost completely in 3 days,

PLEASE EVERYONE. DO NOT ACCEPT SECOND BEST WITH THIS PHONE. IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY with either MMS, GPRS, camera, screen quality or reliability.

The only way for O2 to sort this mess out and produce a good phone is for us to send them all back and tell them why!

The BenQ S700, which is the same phone, will not be released for another 2 months yet.......... what does that tell you all.

Come on, wise up, complain and get O2 to sort the problems out.

i bought my phone from an O2 shop a couple of days ago and already there is a fault. my phone cannot accept GPRS. i took the phone back and they said it needs replacing after being in the shop well over an hour. they didnt have any handsets in so now im having to wait a week. very annoying. also my camera on indoor mode goes black after a while. if the phone is on indoor mode and you shut the phone and use the external screen the flash doesnt work. does any1 no how to rectify any of my problems?? thank you
