Hi... I was wondering if anybody has bought the X3 through the catalogue "Choice" and whether they contain the new software version on them? I'm not sure, although reading some of these reviews I still really want the X3, as it is a nice phone, and pretty well "packed out" for the money...
Although the camera is a tad blurry, although im convinced this is the software.
So.. has anybody got theirs from choice online? just wondered...
Plus, if it doesn't have the new software version, can I take the phone into an o2 shop and get it upgraded??

I spoke to the data support team yesterday and they told me their is a new software version out

cant take no more, there is no updated software, i spent 20 mins on the phone...and was told NOOOOOO there aint :(

I had the O2 X1..It did it's job but recently broke on me on Sunday. I thought it was a bit crap seeings as i only got it in April this year...

Hi does any one know how to upload video onto the memory card, ive tryed using the handset manager and it says that it isnt possible, is there any other way to do it?

rite now i have the 02x1 which was totally turd. the 02x2 a herd was crap as well. however foolish this may sound im thinkin bout gettin the 02x3. If i do itl b in a months time. R the new versions being sorted out n all the faults removed? and what is this bout a mini sd card?

lol it a 1.3 , just bad software, 02 would have there asres sued big time if it was not,thay are not that silly... just bad software :(

I took some of the photos into Photoshop last night. They are a whole lot better than my last X3 but still I don't consider the 1280x960 to be true 1.3 megapixel. The VGA pics are quite good but when you change the image size in Photoshop to 1280x960 it is better than the 1280x960 taken on the phone.
I have got into contact with the head of customer services at O2 through an address I got off a complaints website. Doing this was a whole lot easier than trying to phone O2 directly.
My problem was sorted out in 2 weeks after having gone between the O2 shop where I had bought the phone and customer service. He told me that they had upgraded the software and addes some extra features to the phone.

Thx for the reply Stephen. Not sure if I can return mine within 28 days as it came through the post and I seem to remember something about a 14 day return unless of course the phone is broken which mine isn't really....

Hey, does ne1 get a problem wen they try to reply staight away to a text it doesnt send so u have to write a new one or send it from ur drafts. Also does ne1 no wher to get new screensavers for the external screen? gud news bout the firmware update, if its true! hopefully 02 shop shud hav da capability to install dem as i got mine from argos in september
