Ok-just got this phone and not too impressed with the camera + other features....firstly has anyone managed to take a picture with the flip closed using the external camera button? I can get the external display to switch to camera mode by pressing it for 3 seconds but I can't seem to take a photo - any ideas or could I ask someone else to try their phone to see if they can get it to work. They should also provide the mini-sim adaptor as there is no way to load mp3's with the usb cable - how silly is that!? Ringtones are quite poor, the screen is not as good as I was expecting and the external screen is even worse! Very washed out colours...might be sending mine back for something else - any recommendations for other phones?

Hi,
I have the X3 for around 2 months now and still can't get the GPRS settings right.
I have been to the O2 store a few times and have talked to the helpdesk alot.
I now have to send it away because it has passed the day limit to exchange (only because I have been sent backwards and forwards for so long.) I personally like the phone but still cannot get it to read MP3s from the card. O2 is really irritating me now and don't seem that keen to help me.

Sometimes if u dont put the sim card in sucurely it can push ya battry out!!!It might sound a naff technical ansa but i had this problem..Anyone know the wap settings that internet is not enabled is drivin me mad!!!Plz Help

I have had mine for about 2 weeks now and its went dead on me, take sim card out it powers up, put sim card in, no power up. Whats that all about? sim card works fine in my nokia!

has any 1 had trouble with their fone turning itself off, mine has started doing it 2day, just randomly turn off with a full battery, help plz...

since 1am have made one free call,it just disconnects.got fone 4 days ago and fed up with not being able to trust it but is still a small,sturdy good screen good video mobile.one txt message arrived as long black streak with a few numbers,just not good at basic features,but good on technical side of things

rrr...they give us free calls, but the network is constantly busy :@. are calls working for anyone on pay and go today? mine occassionally work but more often than not dont connect. thanks

KAREN: go to media center, then 4. ringtones. you can get the ones that they provide, or go to "compose voice" and record your own. quite high standard recording, but only 15 seconds. hope i have helped.

JONNEY T: if you do get any information on it, please let me know. what are you going to do? apart from the text i am very happy with my phone, so it is slightly annoying. i am going to continue emailing o2 until they give me a proper answer. is anyone else experiencing problems with receiving text messages that are over the text limit, so they just cut some text off? please let me know. thannkou

FLIK: I am having the same problem with long texts being truncated. I have e-mailed o2 but they just send a standard "trouble with text messages" response. I think I'm going to have to return the phone.

the only complaints i have is the txt mp3 player it wont let you put them on the phone with the cable suplyd and the cards r dodgy to use.

can some1 plz help me i got my x3 a couple of days ago and the handbook said that the wap and mms settings are already set up (which there not) and o2 are no help in sending them 2 my fone could any1 possibly submit the settings on this website (i cnt evan send or recieve mms
