it just comes up this file is not allowed to be updated to handset.

i am so pissed off with the mp3's on this phone. i just cant get them onto the phone. they are onto the sd card but it just wont let me update them from computer to handset in the handset manager. someone please help me it is doin my head in.

I downloaded a truetone from 02. it worked but was crap. 2 short and a waste. Now has anyone else suffered from the same problem as me. I am now on my 6th X3 and again I have the same problem. After about a week people do not recieve any MMS messages I send. It says they are sent and I can recieve however people dont get them. I called 02 daa support. They are baffled. I sent one to them and they never got it. They thought I might be my sim but I out another sim in my X3 and same problem also My sim in other phones see people recieve my MMS. Considering this is my 6th phone and each one has the same problem it must be more widespread. It cant just be me. Or am I just unlucky?

o2 phones are shoddily made and fall apart if you look at them.... crappy crappy phones :(

Any clues how to get truetone ringtones to work? I am sure it is compatible yet whenever I have tried to download them they either dont play, or says the MIME type could not be loaded. Any clues?

PLZ PLZ help me. when i receive a message that is over one msg, it just cuts out the middle. what should i do? is this happening to everyone else? thanyu ...

ade, this is how i do it, it is very strange but it at least works, i'll try and explain as best i can. first off press the o2 button to launch wap browser.
the o2 homepage should open up. at the top of the screen you should see a '' G '' also a lil world globe, directly under them is a symbol with o2 active writen next to it. now we need to move the curser/blue highlight bar up so that the funny symbol before '' o2 active '' is highlighted. then press the cancel (c) key. at the bottom on the screen is should give you a menu option for the left soft key. press that and a menu will pop up and menu 5. is alert inbox, that is where you will find your wap alerts. i hope this helps you. its a bit dull how it works but hey. cheers geezer. assassin

hi , x3 seems ok so far, but does anyone know how to retrieve the wap alerts i keep getting. the phone tells me i have an alert but wont let access it. all i can do is go back to the main screen!, and when i search for it i cant find it!!! what am i doing wrong??????

Is anyone else experiencing problems when receiving long texts on this phone? Mine seems to miss out big chunks of text. Also, does anyone know where I can get an adaptor to plug in standard 3.5mm headphones?

pc says there a files on my sd card but the phone says there isnt! help! i gettin really pissed off now lol!

hi has anyone had a problem with the o2 x3 connectin to the handset in wont reconise it in the usb ports ive tried it on multiple computers some1 plz help!!!

I got some kool Mpeg4 Videos. Some dont wok though. They play the sound but not the video. MP3s should be their. Have you clicked on edit list and and then ticked which MP3s u want to play?

yeah it will the sd is the card u have and the multimedia is the big ones in nokias, however you need to buy a mini sd to standard sd adaptor so it fits in

omg this phone cost me £200 and it is crap potos are much better on my girl friends k700i, this phone should be priced at £100, sorry all you o2 x3 owner bth its a poor phone, so mines up for sale, any one want to buy it £140 ?

Recently got this phone and think its pretty good, but i am not really up to date on all specifications. Anyway i was wondering if anyone knows how to change the message tone as the door bell one is doing my head in!!!!

The x3's ok but has glitchs it was rushed thats all!We shud get free firmware i think it would be a reasonable offer to all x3 ownersz!!What u all think??

i have formatted my memory card and put 19 mp3s on it but the phone still says * no files* when i go to mp3 player.any ideas?
